Dr. Hatharasinghe takes his time during your appointments. If he runs late it is because he is giving you (and all his patients) all the time you need for your appointment. I find him very thorough and knowledgeable. He has an excellent bedside manner and true compassion for his patients. I have been his patient for 2 years and I wished I started seeing him when I moved to NC 20 year ago!

Dr. Hathersinghe is the most competent physician I have. He takes time to really listen and determine the right course of action for my health. He is the best doctor I’ve ever had the privilege to work with!

As a retired Nurse practitioner, I can honestly state that never in my career or lifetime, have I ever met a more professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate doctor than Dr. Harharasinghe. If only he could be cloned, the world would be so much healthier & knowledgeable of their health needs. Dr. H is always researching medical articles to increase his depth of knowledge. He is conscientious of prescribing drugs that are affordable and uses natural vitamins as supplements also. Dr. Harharasinghe has dedicated is life to caring for his patients. I am blessed to be under his care.

There are NO words to describe how patient, kind, compassionate Dr. Hatharasinghe is. He has been the same way when I met him in 1999. Absolutely love him to life I pray that when he retires his replacement will be just as caring.
