Dr. Erika Hill, MD

My husband has been treated by Dr. Hill for several years, and she has been excellent in checking him for skin cancers and has treated several of them. She is caring and careful and we appreciate her professionalism. We are sending our son to her for treatment also.

She was helpful with my son and a rash that no one could figure out! After the pathology came back she called me personally to discuss it with me

I wouldn't recommend her to a dog. Supposedly treated my mother for a skin condition which resulted in a blood infection. She spent 13 days in the hospital for something that could have been avoided. It's ashame my mother always has to go up North to get decent healthcare. Subpar treatment has become the norm in Statesville, N.C. What's even worse is that it has become acceptable.

I scheduled an appointment January 10th, at which time they couldn’t see me until April. I showed up for my appointment in April and it had accidentally been cancelled at some point. They “couldn’t get me in” because they were booked. As a medical provider myself, if it were my staff’s mistake that a patient’s appointment had been cancelled, I would bend over backwards to see them anyway. Not to mention someone who had been waiting on the appointment since January (which also would not happen in my practice). I think this shows very minimal concern for the patient, no empathy, and poor management.
