Great pharmacy! Caleb and the techs always work their hardest, even though Walgreens decided to drop 100+ shots on them with no extra help for the flu season. They’re always slammed but care for their patients!

Absolutely the best pharmacy around. Caleb will go above and beyond to answer your questions, and make sure you are completely informed. They are always busy, because they are the most knowledgeable pharmacy with the best hours in Wake Forest.

My wife and I were having no luck getting a coupon to work for a prescription. After countless phone calls and trying to figure it out, we nearly gave up. Thankfully Hasina, the pharmacist, took it upon herself to make it her issue and to figure it out for us. After almost a week and her making more phone calls than I can count we FINALLY got the company that issued the coupon/insurance to make it work. Without Hasina we never could have gotten the medicine that my wife desperately needed. She did not have to take the time out of her week to put in so much effort to help us, but we are so thankful she was so selfless in doing so. Thank you Hasina!

Staff were all friendly, apologetic when they thought I was having to wait too long and line not because of anybody not doing their job in the store but before the customer before me didn't have her write card should run out to the truck or car or whatever to get another card they even called somebody up just to check me. And I wish I could remember the ladies name who helped me but I walked in on a walker looking for a cane and she spent at least 20 minutes with me and helped me find what I was looking for not what she thought I needed or to try and sell me something more expensive which I was very very happy about. So I will be back to this Walgreens and I will be driving from Bunn to go in there..

Major shout-out to the pharmacy team. There was a customer who was giving them a hard time and being condescending, and they handled it so well and remained friendly and helpful.

I see that other reviews are pretty low, but I've never had an issue with this store.

Update: Went again today and the lady working the pharmacy drive through was incredibly kind. Thanks for everything you all are doing.

Eddie and I have used this pharmacy since it opened. Yes, it's Walgreen's. Yes, they are always busy - plan ahead and go another time, or walk inside if the drive thru is full. However, even with the turnover in pharmacists and techs, they have always treated us well. Have we had a hiccup now and then? Absolutely, but they have always resolved it. When they were out of something due to a manufacturing shortage, they even called a competing pharmacy who use a different supply chain. The key is to treat others as you would want to be treated. They may not always know us by name, but many of them do. If nothing else, they recognize our faces after 6-10 visits and are always pleasant. The occasional ones who haven't been super-friendly, haven't lasted.

Caleb Hirsch Pharm D and his pharmacy staff did an outstanding job in assisting me with a complex problem. He went out of his way to resolve the issue in a professional, kind manner. The pharmacy was extremely busy, but all staff members were kind, prompt and pleasant to all customers. Although this pharmacy is not the closest to my home, I will travel a greater distance to use this pharmacy for all my medicinal needs

My first time visiting this store. The young lady who waited on me was very helpful. Her name is Emily. I came up from Zebulon to buy some products that our store didn't have in stock. I give Emily a thousand stars ✨⭐✨ for outstanding service. Thank you Emily.

The staff are always helpful here. We use this store for all of our household supplies and they always have what we need in stock. The Pharmacy is so fast and accommodating. I can understand where some people might complain about them not being helpful, but they are not allowed to break the law or willfully endanger someone. So I respect that and they have done it to me too. Most often it is my fault. I like this store a lot.

Love this Walgreens and staff. I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for nearly 10 years. Todd is the best pharmacist, very kind and helpful. The customer service staff is also very friendly. Store is clean and well stocked.

I love doing business at Walgreens on Rogers Road. I have gone to other pharmacies in the area, and have seen many cases of poor customer service. This Walgreens has excellent pharmacists that are knowledgeable, and will do whatever they can to help you with your medication concerns. The rest of the staff at this particular Walgreens also do their best to satisfy their customers.

This WALGREENS has been an amazing store with great employees and customer service. Every time I go in the store I'm treated like I'm a special person who is more than welcome to be in the store. All the employees are always kind and friendly. If given the chance I would not go to any other pharmacy for my medications. Thank you.

The gentleman Josh was amazing! I came in there to pick up a photo order and it had a little spot I wasn't happy with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He reprinted it, honored my promo code I used, and called me to reassure me that it was fixed and ready for pick up. It is employees like Josh who make that location worth going to. Walgreen is clean and well-stocked. The pharmacy is a lot better than the CVS.
