CrossFit OKC

Dropped into an AM class at CrossFit OKC when in town for work. Ginny, the owner and coach that morning, was very welcoming. It was a nice facility and she was very helpful working with me on my janky ring muscle ups. If you're looking for some fitness in the OKC area, I'd highly recommend checking it out.

This is a wonderful gym! I went here for a about three months. The gym was great! The only reason I stopped going was because I have a hard time getting up early in the morning and don’t like going after work since I live so far away. I hope that when I sell my house and move back to Edmond I can start going to this gym again.

I highly recommend Nancy’s morning classes! And also Erica’s CrossFit classes in the evenings! Both are awesome trainers and very kind people! Try this gym! It’s a good place (:

While in OKC for a long weekend, I dropped in at CrossFit OKC. The coach (Amy) was phenomenal! The members were welcoming and the WOD was spicy! Great sweat before catching my flight. Can't wait to rep their tie dye shirt. Thanks again!

The best place to exercise in OKC. Great teachers. Always encouraging. 5th year here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tracy and I have gone every week. What a transformation in ourselves. Always fun always hard. Come here and you will never regret it.

Easily the best gym I've ever been to. The people are super nice and encouraging, the coaches know what they're talking about, and the sets are fun, yet challenging. I 100% reccomend this place if you want to get in shape, or get totally ripped.

Linley is freaking amazing. My kid loved her and we will definitely be signing him up. Thank you for rocking it and making his first time memorable.

Hands down the best gym of any kind I’ve ever been a member of. Great staff. Great workouts. Fun atmosphere.

CFOKC is more than just a gym. It's a place that motivates and encourages its members to work hard, be safe, and ultimately have fun! I love that CFOKC has members of all abilities and offers a variety of classes. Come check out a regular class, crossfit football, CFOKC kids, or an Olympic Lifting class! You won't be disappointed!
