This is my Go-To place for specific hardware items. The staff is OUTSTANDING and very knowledgeable. They know how to do it, what parts are needed and can offer alternative.
Prices are slightly higher than the big box stores but personal customer service and getting the right item the first time pay off and make up any difference in gas and return trip savings.

You forget what good customer service used to be like until you come to an Ace and this store is no different. Staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions or help you with anything you need. Great prices and great place to find the occasional clearance deal too!

They had shed anchors in stock. Home depot and Lowe's staff didn't even know what they were.

A cashed by the name of Tay was awesome! I needed a key made and she didn’t get it on the first try but kept at it and got it done! Great service by this individual!

Perfect visit they had Christmas trees clearanced out for $15. We got the perfect tree.

I don't think I have ever been in this store before today, but I was really impressed at how helpful the employees are. Helped me find just what I needed, carried it to the front, and then took it out to the car. It's difficult to find good customer service like that at most places considering you have to do everything for yourself at 99 percent of stores. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for various home items and hardware. I know I'll definitely be back here when I need something else they have.

They always have what I need and it's fun just to walk the store and look at all the stuff!
Update: same as above! Lol I was looking for fumigators (not fogger) and they had them in stock. Of course, they are $20 for a box of 3!

Great customer service. Not sure what I needed for a tub stopper and clerk called an assistant to come and help me. So happy that his recommendation was just what I needed.

Ace Hardware is my go to store for hardware, paint, pest control, lawn and garden, kitchenware, etc. If you can't find it in the store let them know and they might be able to order it for you. Join their rewards program. If you are a homeowner like myself, you know the supplies needed to maintain your home add up in cost so those reward coupons make a difference. If you have a question the staff are happy to help. If you want old fashioned customer service or hard to find items this is the store for you.

Their prices are higher , but can find some things here not able to at other home stores.

Great friendly service even close to closing time

Over the past couple of years I've been an infrequent customer because I've only needed items only Westlake carries. Now I am going to be a frequent REGULAR LOYAL customer. The manager, Terry, is such a nice, upbeat and helpful guy. Reminds me of the old days when you went to an independent hardware store. You'd think Terry OWNED the store. Over the last two months I've gotten to know him. If he doesn't have it in stock he will research and do what he can to get it. AND he will work with you on coupons and rewards cards. He told me today they honor invalid coupons on some items. (I never knew that) He made me feel like he TRULY appreciated my business. Lowe's and Home Depot just lost me to Westlake Hardware Edmond! Nice to see there are still a few retailers out there that treat you like they WANT your business and want to KEEP it.

Came here to get replacement pieces for my bathroom sink and originally bought the wrong handles. They took the return and this time I asked for help and they helped me get the right parts to fix my sink. Extremely grateful for their kind service and I love this place when I’m trying to find something specific because I don’t have to walk a mile and a half like at Lowe’s or HD. Nothing against those places but ACE is my go to place.

Nice people and great service. I get all my keys made there. Only downside is the store is cramped like most Ace stores are. Can find some unique items but their inventory can be on the low side sometimes.

I placed several delivery orders, and although at times things got confusing, the staff was very accommodating, especially Nick. He was awesome, and went out of his way to make sure we were helped. He is very customer-oriented and polite. Thank you for helping during these times.

I was very impressed with the staff. Very friendly. Eager to help in anyway way possible. I even found a display of my favorite product. The naked Bee. Cheaper than Amazon I might add. I also saw the manager on his way out stop and help a customer before he left. Westlake rocks.

My wife and I love this particular Ace Store. The people are nice, the shelves are always stocked and neat, the layout is great, and there is a decent variety of products. I wish this store was closer to me, but the closest Ace to me is only .1 mile closer. When you ask if they offer a military discount, not only do they offer one, but they're proud to let you know they do. There's another Ace in town where they could care less to tell you they didn't offer one. This Ace Store on 15th is the best Ace store in Edmond!

Excellent A++! Large selection of USA product's. Highly recommended. Also promotes small business! Be proud to be American. Places like this store stands on moral ground that can't be shook. Unlike their corporate more is less competition. Go ACE!
