Nice location along the highway with food establishments around the area. Clean room with full-equipped kitchenette and comfy beds. Small bathroom though.Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

5-star service. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. Great location and convenient to main roads. We liked the hot continental breakfast. The pillows and beds were fresh and comfortable.

Tom at the front desk just absolutely floored me with his efficient, informative, and friendly check-in process. It was the smoothest, most pleasant experience I have EVER had checking into a hotel. Thanks, Tom!

The staff was extremely friendly. Check-in was easy and there were no problems at all. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were like clouds! Breakfast was nice. Overall, I did not have a single problem during my stay!

First night here for our 3 day honeymoon, staff is great and rooms are very comfy!

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We even got a call the night before we checked out to make sure we had a pleasant stay. There were some rowdy young people down the hall from us and the manager was very quick to take care of it. The pool water was a bit chilly, but our kids still enjoyed it. The rooms were great and had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

The room and hotel were beautiful. The staff were accommodating for extra blankets that were needed. Had a quick snack at the breakfast bar before heading out. Would reccomend and stay here again for future razorback games.

Really liked this hotel - there were 4 of us in a double queen room and we had plenty of space. Very clean, great AC in the room, and nice, well-lit grounds with lots of parking. Our room was quiet, and we never heard anyone above us or outside in the halls, which was surprising, because they had a lot of guests. The breakfast was better than expected, they had sausage gravy and biscuits, as well as the standby waffle maker, fried eggs, cereal, pastries, juice and coffee. Not much of a view from our room, but it's close to the freeway.

Our family accompanied my husband on a business trip last week and stayed here. The overall appearance was not elegant or modern, but it did create an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. The staff was always cheerful and willing to accommodate what we needed having children around. The rooms were spacious and having children, it was nice to have separate rooms and individual TVs in each room. The breakfast was pretty common to any other hotel. The pool was simple, but very clean. They also had a nice patio area. It had New Orleans/French style furniture with a community BBQ. We enjoyed sitting outside at night time and relaxing there. They seemed to cater to businessmen and would recommend it for the price.

This property is perfect. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and they offer everything you could ever imagine when you're away from home. From the evening reception to the snacks and water to the bowl full if mints on the counter it's all about how they can make your stay here the best. They're friendly and interactive, helpful and all around wonderful. They make you feel like family. The pool is great, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is just right. Parking is easy and free. I highly recommend this property!

We absolutely LOVE this hotel! My family and I stayed for about a month while we were waiting on our home to be ready and we were actually SO sad to leave. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the team is AMAZING and so friendly! Plus it’s in a great location and they have a nice hot breakfast waiting for you in the morning. I cant say enough good things.

I cannot begin to praise this hotel enough! The staff is amazing! The rooms were great and the atmosphere is fun and accommodated our big group so well. Kelly was a rockstar booking our soccer team in from out of state and even went out of her way to help us get an expensive item that was actually left behind back to us. Over and above is an understatement! We’ll be back!!

Very inviting great customer service very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and plenty of space. The overall experience was like staying at a friend's house.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are clean, well stocked, and have a much more modern feel than similarly priced hotels in the area.

When we saw it was a 2-star hotel we were a little nervous, but this place far exceeded expectations. We checked in around 2:30am, and the night staff was incredibly accommodating. They even made sure we had a first floor room so my husband could could outside to smoke easily, and have us a late check out so we could sleep in.

Thenroom itsself was an excellent size and VERY clean. I loved the little kitchenette and the two-way closet.

Our only real complaint was that we heard a lot of noise from the hallway. Between guests and housekeeping staff, sleeping past noon was a challenge.

This will be our first choice next time we come to town!

The Cutest self sufficient rooms ever! Well appointed and very spacious. ALL the amenities and a fabulous location. I love their COVID safe breakfast options. Great way to adapt and just have a fabulous safe space!

This is a lovely hotel. Rooms are not very big, but well equipped and clean. Crew is very friendly and breakfast is nice.

My only recommendation is to add a bike washing station or storage outside, as there are many mountain biking trails around, and people bring muddy bikes into the rooms.

Nice hotel closer to high way. Clean and front desk staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is good and staff is making an extra effort to help. Indoor pool is a nice addition. During my stay I left my iPad and called them after. Betty from the front desk went to the room and found it and hotels GM Brent was nice enough to FedEx it to me even without charging me.

Front desk staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfy, and our daughters had a blast in the indoor pool. We would definitely stay there again.

This has been one of the nice TownePlace Suites I’ve Been too. Very clean and the staff was absolutely phenomenal! The room was nice and clean. And breakfast was good! If you’re in bentonville I highly recommend staying at this Marriott.

Great place, staying long term ~10 months. Front desk & all employees are great helpful friendly people. Bend over backward for you. Full kitchen w dishwasher, full size oven, refrigerator. Large flat screen TV in living room & small in bedroom. Outdoor grill & nice eating area. Kids love the indoor pool. Perfect location 15 minutes to Bentonville, all bike trails, Rogers. 30 minutes to Beaver Lake Sailing Club __/)_ only complaint is slow internet interfering with free streaming services. SamsClub is 2 minutes away & many Wal-Mart's since Bentonville is their home. Keep it listed as 3 star so too many don't discover it.
