The staff at North Star were so caring and compassionate. Dr. Bobbitt and his nurse spent the time to get to know me and attend to my needs. While he was more than willing to help me, we decided it would make more sense to see a Dr. closer to my home. Dr. Bobbitt even referred me to a colleague and had the office staff refund my copay. Dr. Bobbitt and his staff put patient needs over profits. If you are in need of an allergist or asthma specialist, I highly recommend this facility. They will take good care of you.

I had my first appointment today and was very impressed! I felt heard & understood going over my complex medical history and left with several specific ideas to improve my symptoms and overall health. Ben Mann is a knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate provider. His medical assistant, Beth was both kind and efficient. I feel grateful to have found this practice!

My wife and I have struggled finding a heath care provider for our son. Every place we went to before was so fake and impersonal. We immediately felt the difference at North Star. Everyone from the person on the phone to our doctor has been patient, kind, and very knowledgeable without just throwing random strong medicines down our sons throat. Our doctor gives us both natural remedies and over the counter/prescription options. That to us shows the outside the box thinking this place encourages. Many thanks again everyone at North Star!!

I searched for a long time to find a doctor that actually listens. The staff are wonderful and polite. The doctor was amazing. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions without pushing pharmaceuticals. So worth the hour and a half drive to visit a doctor that respects my rights as a parent to make informed decisions on the behalf of my children.

Beyond thankful for NorthStar. All of the staff is professional and nice. Each one listens to my concerns for my kids, we love the care and compassion here so much my husband and I switched to become patients as well. I switched to this office mainly for my toddler and newborn and was pleasantly surprised at how great this office is with the current world of healthcare. I ended up switching my husband and I to this practice as well and I am very happy that I did so. They actually listen to what you are saying, provide you with good feedback and answer questions without making you feel like you shouldn’t have asked. I would fully recommend this office to anyone looking for a new provider whether it be for your child or for yourself. We see Ashley and Chase and they both have been on point to which I am thankful! 10/10.

Ben Mann made my visit to Northstar one that I will never forget. He took the time to just sit and speak with me and it was the most pleasant experience i have ever had in any doctors office. Im 51 yrs old and have had plenty of interactions with medical providers but this gentleman made it an enjoyable experience and it was definitely the most helpful of any of those previous interactions.
