Great place! In and out in under an hour!!! Three nurses checking us in. All friendly, caring, and super competent. Dr. Wood was amazing with our 9 year old son. Calm, efficient, and got us all taken care of in record time. Thank you! Turned a stressful situation into a blessing. We appreciate you all!

Great location. Good services, and very friendly staff.

Twice in the last 2 years I brought my wife on different issues, early evenings. Both times waited 10-15 minutes before being ushered in. Only one page paperwork to be filled. Courteous and kind service: nurses, doctors, admin. Doctors did not order unnecessary tests that I could notice. Nicely done, keep up the good work, and thank you!

I love my SSM doctors as well as every department I've had to use. They are always very nice and really care about my health! I wouldn't leave my doctors so I may be paying a bit higher insurance premium to stay with them.

Dr Thompson and his staff has been so wonderful helping us with health issues. Being supportive. Respectful to us all. Wish more people had his high level of integrity.
He will be highly missed and I hope we can find someone like him again. That goes for his staff as well

Highly recommend Dr. Gardner & the entire SSM staff. They are kind, patient, & thorough while listening to patients' needs. They're never too busy to answer whatever questions you have, which is hard to come by in the medical field.

I've been a member of the SSM St Anthony's for several years. The care provided there is on point the staff is so comforting to be around. The Doctors take the time to explain your situation. Good job well done.

My husband was treated at this facility twice in the same week. We are beyond impressed with the amazing service and care that SSM Health / St. Anthony provides. Swift and precise - waited only a few minutes each visit to be seen. If you have an emergency that cannot wait, this is the place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you have an emergency and want excellent care go here! We were greeted right away. Only had to fill out one simple form at front desk. Was taken back within 5 to 7mins after filling out the form. Doctor was awesome honest and took his time with us and discussed all of our option and let us deside witch option we wanted. We were in and out in one hour

I have been here for emergency & to see Dr Omar Silvestri! I have had pleasant experiences. I have been chronically sick for 6 months. Hives & anaphylaxsis. As well as other symptoms. I have been to the allergy center as well as different Mercy centers. ER, urgent care, specialist, pcp. His staff has answered my concerns promptly. I truly appreciate him listening to me. At first glance of course it seemed to be allergies. However he did not dismiss it as that and ran 14 different tests on my first visit. I contacted them 2 times 2 weeks from them letting them know my concerns i had to visit a different ER after administiring and EPI pen & some tongue swelling and contacted me back and requested i come sooner than my scheduled appt. Im hopeful that working with him further i cant truly start to get my life back and return to work regularly not feeling severly fatigued all day every day. I am thoroughly impressed and looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr Silvestri & staff

Came here on an emergency after eating something that caused an allergic reaction. The staff was wonderful and very quick to treat. Nurse and Doctor were very transparent about what they were doing and why; which is important to me as a patient.

Amazing physicians and staff. They went over and above to help and keep us comfortable. While we hope to never need an ER, they will be the place my entire family will trust again.

I had an apt out here today with Dr. Silvestre and this was my first time here. I was so thoroughly impressed with the level of caring, and kindness I encountered with every individual inside this building from Dr Silvestre's office to the lab to X ray. I'm so bummed I didn't get names but the girl (Ashley I think) in lab actually got me on the first stick which NEVER happens and was so helpful and my X-ray girl was super sweet and had a great bedside manner as well. So extremely satisfied with this place, there are too many medical field workers that have completely lost their bedside manner these days and it was so nice to find an entire building full of medical professionals that still exist and do their job well. Kudos to you all, PLEASE DON'T LOOSE THAT ATTITUDE!!!!

I would recommend SSM Healthplex E.R. on North Western an Memorial to EVERYONE. It is a beautiful faculty with amazing nurses and doctors. Practically no wait time until your in a room being diagnosed and treated.

Nurse called me told me I had strep and went out of her way to make sure I had my medication when pharmacy said they didn't get a call. She called them herself and they just didn't check their voicemail. I'm so grateful for her and very thankful!!!

Saint Anthony’s Northplex is a favorite health care of my choice. It’s always clean and not to crowded. The provider takes plenty of time when we meet and listens then explains in layman’s terms.

Dr Gardenar is always great! He was not feeling well and still takes the time to make sure you are doing alright. His staff and Dr Gardenar are a big asset to SSM Health!!!!!!!!!

Had to make an unexpected trip to the ER and the staff was incredible. They truly cared about me and the issues I had. Was in and out within 2 hours.

I always love my experience with Dr. Thompson and his staff. I wish him the best in his retirement
