This was my first time shopping at this or any Duluth Trading Co., and I can honestly say that I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely be coming back. I loved the selection of items, the style, the quantity, and the experience as a whole! I was helped by Aidan, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great store, great experience, and great first impression.

This past Thursday we went to Deluth specifically to get the Spit and Polish Datenite Deodorant. When we arrived we couldn’t find it so we spoke to an employee (sorry can’t remember his name) and he mentioned that the Spit and Polish line was being rebranded so they were in transition of stock and sold out. He helped us look on the website but they didn’t have any online either. He called the Greensboro store for us and they had 2 in stock, we purchased them over the phone and they shipped them to our house. They just arrived at our house. Ordered Thursday, Shipped Friday, Arrived Saturday.

Not only does Deluth sell great products but their customer service is the best ever. If you are looking for great customer service then go visit the Cary location. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Beautiful store, excellent selection of all kinds of men and women's clothes and accessories, store attractively well laid out and staff super friendly and helpful and made good recommendations. Worth a visit. My first visit and made first purchase of this brand to try particular men's clothing.

I've been using their flex firehose pants for work for years you just can't beat them.

3rd Duluth visit this week. 1st one was in Indiana the 2nd was North of Detroit Michigan and this location being the 3rd. I love the cleanliness of the stores and the consistency with customer service. It’s my goal to visit every store and so far I am at 20 of them. If you haven’t checked them out I would urge you to stop by and check them out. If you live far away hit them up online. You will be hooked on them.

Very friendly and helpful staff -- I was able to find a nice jacket and weather resistant pants in my size for my trip to Alaska, which as a petite woman can be difficult! They have a nice range of sizes for everyone and coincidentally were having a great sale at the time, too. I purchased items from their AKHG (Alaska Hard Gear) line, and they feel high quality and come with a 1-year warranty. Really happy-- I'll be back whenever I have the need.

Loved the store and the staff was beyond helpful. The clearance area had amazing deals and the rest of the store is packed with the usual high quality stuff. I also enjoyed all of the knickknacks by the checkout as well. I purchased some underwear and shorts and so far, I love them!!

I went here today to return seven pairs of Firehose Flex pants and five pairs of shorts. The 'No Bull' warranty had since changed from when I originally bought my clothes; but Jenn, the rep, took excellent care of me. She got everything exchanged and was amazing through the process. Very patient and very helpful. Definitely glad I came here.

Friendly clerk at the door not only guided me to the hats I was looking for, he found some extras on sale for me. And I found an unexpected sale on Keen sandals, 30% off on a pair I've been looking for. Friendly, helpful staff and good stuff!

Great customer service at the Cary store. Had an order shipped there and then became unable to get over to the store before it was supposed to be picked-up. But, they kindly held it for me anyway. Great quality men’s underwear (according to my nephews) and lots of great outdoor apparel for women that is really well-made and lasts for years.

I had a great experience here. I love the quietude atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, yet not overbearing. I really like their work clothes selections. The pants I bought were rugged and made from a flexible material, so not worried about rips or tears when I'm at work; stylish and comfortable. The t-shirts were made from 100% organic cotton.
The clothes are a bit pricey, but worth it.

I came in just to get some clearanced underwear with extra 25 % off. I got 4 pairs and I forgot to mention the 10 dollars off 30 because it applied to clearance too. The associate was patient and applied that sale so I was happy.

Love the quality of the clothes here, also the staff is nice and friendly. Their quality is great but it seems expensive if you aren't familiar with value. The stuff they sell here lasts longer than cheaper work clothes available at box stores. Durable products with slightly sassy marketing.

There's a reason I drive nearly two hours to visit this store, and it isn't simply because I love the clothes and other items they sell. The personal service at this store is out of this WORLD.

Every time I have come into this store over the years, I have been greeted right away, and very quickly I have a friendly associate at my side who asks questions so they can help me locate what I need and/or want. Frequently I feel like I have a personal shopper with me, in fact. Or sometimes even like a bride trying on bridal gowns. The associates at this store have taken great care to help find great pieces or even full outfits, set up a dressing room for me the becomes my in-store home, with me trying on items and the associates bringing different sizes, styles, things that caught their eye that they thought I might like, and so on.

But the greatest thing is that this is how they treat EVERY customer, even at the same time that they are helping me. I heard my associate having a great time helping the people there, and I never once felt neglected. It was almost as though the associate had simply decided to fuss happily over all of us at the same time, and we had a great time in the process. No pressure to accept suggestions made, careful listening to the particulars of my situation and what style I prefer, and recommendations on care of items as well as what they have in stock, ordering things online right there from the store, you name it.

I have done online ordering from the company before, and returned an item to the physical location to exchange sizes with great ease. For staples I know and use often, I order and have it shipped to my home. The sizing, mostly on the pants/bottoms for women, is a bit all over the place, which is a big reason I like to go to the store to try things on and check out the new arrivals. Sizing is more consistent for women's tops, however.

Most important of all is the fact that in addition to the phenomenal customer care, these clothes look good, are durable, and flatter the female form just as much as the men's collection does the same for them. Over the years, my husband and I have gradually changed over the majority of our work and a good chunk of our casual wear to exclusively the DTC brand. Best customer service in-store (in every location I have been to in multiple states), online, and in the phone.

This stand-alone location does have some lousy parking, only because it is right on heavily traveled thoroughfares, but the parking is all right up close to the store, which is important for people like myself with mobility challenges. The comfortable sitting/reading/refreshment nook is a super place to chill out while waiting for others to finish their shopping - a nice hidden treasure you don't usually find except in certain bookstores and the like these days.

All in all, I have never had a bad experience, or even a mediocre one, at this location nor any others across the country. Customer for life here. I cannot speak highly enough about this store, so I will simply say I highly, highly recommend it. Ten stars if I could go so high. 😁

I really enjoy this store. There is so much much good stuff. Nick nack items, clothing and shoes, all reliable quality items. The clothing is all bit only durable but also very comfortable. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't been. Take your time and look around and you'll find this isn't like your normal store. Additionally I consider the customer service to be top-notch at the location.

They were even better than I imagined.We were visiting Cary for other reasons and I noticed the store close to our hotel. So glad we stopped in. Handsome ginger was super helpful, great smile.... honestly I found the employees who helped me here were great! The BEST SHOPPING I COULD ASK FOR!
Will definitely be back.... can't beat the quality of the product or the employees. It's true... you get what you pay for. I find it's worth every penny at Duluth.
