This is a beautiful restaurant right off the Bentonville Square. There is plenty of indoor seating and a very nice patio area as well. We were greeted quickly and seated at a very small two top table (my only issue for the night). We were greeted by Hannah who was excellent all night long. We started with cocktails that were excellent. I ordered the Cobb Salad which was very large and had a great dressing, I could only eat half of it. My wife had the Mushroom Flatbread that was full of flavors. We both ordered the Trout and we both loved it. it was seasoned very well. I had the Panna Cotta for dessert and it was really good. My wife had the chocolate cake and really enjoyed it. The food, atmosphere and service was outstanding. Quite expensive as well.

Conifer is thoughtful, genuine, and brings a fresh perspective to connecting food and people. Food, service, and environment is exceptional, and I love their seasonal items and drinks.

Start to finish the Conifer experience was fantastic! Our server Frankie was so, so good! I'm going to have dreams about those Chicken and Dumplings and the Panna Cotta, both. Kudos to Chef Cooper and his staff.

Cannot give enough stars for Conifer! Sous Chef Kristine Irwin prepared our meals tonight to perfection! We had the seared salmon (well done, which many restaurants have a difficult time accommodating) and lamb meatballs. I am traditional conservative eater but take the “risk” with the fancy foods at Conifer and NEVER have been disappointed. Every bite is filled with unique flavors that delight. The service exceeds expectations…Frankie was on point with full knowledge of everything on the menu, friendly and happy to make our evening special. Conifer is the best restaurant on the Bentonville Square.

SPECTACULAR!

We have been waiting for this place to open since we heard about it and it did not disappoint!

The cocktails were deceivingly strong because the flavors were so well balanced.

We split a few of the appetizers and one entree to enjoy our meal more like tapas and every one was a hit! We had the beets, corn cakes, the clams and the scallops (photos below).

We concluded our meal with a peach galette, which was so light and flaky!

Best of all is that everything on the menu is gluten free and they were accommodating to our request to limit dairy to just butter. We’ll definitely be back (and bringing friends!)

Came here to check it out about a month or two ago with my girlfriend coming from out of town and quickly became my favorite spot and have been to almost every place in the area. Now we come here about once a week. Great food, drinks, and staff highly recommend. Also they have vegan options which is super helpful having great options for everyone. It is a little pricey but it is very much worth it every dish is special. Great job!!

I was visiting Bentonville this weekend for a wedding and I reached out to Conifer via Instagram message the day of my visit. I was really hoping they would accommodate a to-go order for me and the chef responded within 5 minutes that he would be happy to help me with that. During my visit the staff told me about their favorite menu items and I ordered based on their recommendation: the chicken and dumplings. The food was ready within 10 minutes and I was on my way. As someone with Celiac, it's incredibly hard to find safe places to eat when traveling. I am so fortunate to have found Conifer during my trip to NW Arkansas. The food was delicious, service spectacular. I am already planning my trip back. Thanks again!!

I took my team tonight for a business dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was great. The food is the best in NWA except for The Wooden Spoon in Gentry…(shameless plug for our family restaurant). Matt and his team are true professionals delivering in every way for their guests. I am not generally one for branching out from traditional entrees. I am a traditional steak and fried chicken kind of guy…I have been 3-4 four times over the last year and enjoyed something new each time that broadens my tastes. Everything is gluten free which supports my wife’s dietary needs but if no one told the customers it wouldn’t be known. Tonight we had the biscuits which rival any southern style gluten biscuit. Very proud of the accomplishments of Matt and the Conifer team! Keep up the great work!

Amazing time and good! It was my first time at Conifer and it did not disappoint. The food was so good and fresh. We ordered all the appetizers and loved everything. Highly recommended the beets and brussel sprouts. For dinner I had the best chicken and dumplings and blueberry galette for dessert. If you have gluten allergies, Conifer is 100% gluten free. If you have a big party there’s a back room and the service was excellent. We will be back!

Great food. Great service. Worth the price. My wife has celiac. We are so grateful for Chef Mathew and Conifer. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing; upscale but inviting, comfortable, and casual. The servers are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, empathetic, and prompt. The food is always wonderful. My favorites are the fresh fish and unique appetizers. Most restaurant food at other places feels very commercialized. Not at Conifer. You can tell it’s fresh, real food. Easily my favorite place to go for date night, with good friends, when family is in town, or business dinners.

Our server Jake was the best part. The food was amazing. The apple salad was by far the best salad I have ever had. The mussels and shrimp dish incredible but it should be served with bread to soak up all the yumminess. I had to order bread separately. The restaurant atmosphere was very lovely.

Sophisticated but approachable
Top shelf ingredients make every dish delectable. Wide range of flavors leave something for every palette. Be prepared to spend $75-150 for two people but it will be worth every penny. Insider tip: order the happy trails cocktail

We are plant based eaters and SO grateful to Matt for including plant based and vegan options for us ! Such an elevated experience like we’ve had in New York and coming here is a complete package! At my gallery when I tell visitors about local places my first recommendation is always Conifer! Absolutely fantastic and so decadent!

Ate at Conifer for the first time last night. The food was wonderful! Service was outstanding. The negatives were the loudness of the restaurant itself, prices for food and running out of items on the menu.
I will definitely return but will need to use this restaurant only for special occasions.

I can’t rave about this new restaurant enough! We came to celebrate my bfs birthday and even though reservations were booked they instruct you to sign up for the wait list. Which we did and got the date and time we wanted fairly quick. The restaurant is a vibe. Super cute inside. The staff was super friendly. The food was ahhhhmazzzing. It’s a pricey dinner but well worth it because the portion was a good size and worth your money. I hope that doesn’t change. Because nothing I dislike more than a pricey dinner is leaving hungry. The chef came by at the end to check on us and offered us a small taster of a dessert! The food came out in a timely matter. Everything had so much flavor and was cooked to perfection. I had the coffee rubbed Tri tip and the chicken dumplings! We are definitely coming back!

What a wonderful culinary delight Chef Cooper and team have brought to the Bentonville food scene. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but if I could create dishes like this amazing staff does, I would probably become one! It's hard to point to any one dish because the menu changes with the seasons as it should. Conifer especially shines in the summer time because of the amazing fruits and vegetables they are able to source uber-local! When peaches were in season they made this delightful marinated peaches, cucumber, and smoked peanut butter dish. The absolute best single plate of food I had all year! I go to the Bentonville Farmers Market every week and there were many times I saw the Conifer team getting the freshest ingredients for the week's service. Just trust me and know whatever time of year that you are in for a treat whether you show up for cocktails/appetizers or lunch/dinner!

The best vegetarian food that I have ever had. Both quality and quantity were perfect.

It was so much fun going somewhere I didn't have to worry about my dietary restrictions. The simplicity of eating bread and butter at a restaurant was amazing, and the tteok-bokki and lamb bolognese spaetzle were so filling, even split among three people. The non-alcoholic cocktail was a wonderful addition to the meal, lightly herby and sweet. Espresso panna cotta with chocolate mouse and toasted almonds was a delicious finish to the evening. Our server was friendly and forth-coming, and the visible cooking added to a very interesting ambiance.
