Bojangles

I always get quick and good service at this Bojangles in Mayodan. The biscuits are always fluffy and fresh. Bojangles in general has done a good job with price management as its still actually affordable to eat here. We had two bacon and cheese biscuits and two drinks for under $8. I highly recommend this one for a biscuit.

Hubby n I came to get a family meal on December 26, 2023 we wanted all dark meat, so there was an 20 minute wait which was fine because our chicken was hot n fresh! Customer service was excellent. Everyone was so polite and professional! We was very pleased with our visit here. It was the first time for us! We will be back!

Food was fresh. The girl working the drive thru was very friendly and made sure that they had fresh food for me. It was a pleasure talking to her. In fact I thanked her for being so nice and upbeat.

I have visited this location many times for over six months. There are a few other fast food restaurants to choose from in Mayodan and Madison, but I'd rather go here because the employees are always friendly and polite, and a few of them are so sweet. The service is fast, and the lobby and parking lot are clean. The drive-through speaker is at a decent volume. You won't struggle to hear the employee taking your order, and they won't be yelling at you. If they are out of an item you want to order they are sincerely apologetic and fast to offer something else. When you go inside to order anyone up front acknowledges and greets you. Every time I've ordered, my food has been fresh and hot.

It's 2:15 on a Wednesday, November 1st. It wasn't super long lines here. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled great actually. The staff was helpful, kind, and courteous.
You have great and friendly people working at this location. I wish I could duplicate this crew and plant them in other stores!!

Typical Bojangles fare, bright, clean restaurant. Some of the friendliest people I've come across at a Bojangles. My stop here truly brightened my day! Keep up the great work folks! 😀

I don’t usually make reviews for Fast Food but I believe this location is deserving of one. This location is exactly how a quick serve should be run. The staff was excellent and welcoming. The cashier (Marcus) was very friendly and inviting. The food was all prepared fresh and hot. The facility was very clean and inviting all around great job ! This just shows that service with a smile is still around and with proper management, restaurants can still be great. It’s a shame so many places are not like this one. Keep it up guys y’all are awesome will be back again and again !!!

Above and beyond service and great food! They happened to be out of sweet tea and chicken while there and took care of those things very quickly to serve us! Manager and employees were all very friendly and helpful!

It was my birthday dinner with eight people service was great the food was great service was great I've eaten there probably 100 times and it's always been good I have no problems I recommend this place to anyone

Very very impressed with how fast and efficient night shift is. So much better than morning shift, and a lot nicer too. Nobody has attitudes on night shift, just very nice and wonderful customer service. Came the last 4 nights everytime they were fast, food was great, very impressed. Guy in drive thru was very nice, working hard, and everyone else in there. Keep up the good work

Scrumptious chicken biscuit and hash browns, chicken tenders and fries all fantastic. Hot and fresh. Super quick service. Clean restaurant. Sweet tea was just right and delicious. Staff all seemed friendly. $19 for 4 of us. A rare fast food experience for lunch on our vacation trip to Mrytle Beach SC.

Great food, clean restaurant, great staff members, they are all so welcoming and polite, cheerful, thank you for your business and ask ya to c'mon back. I love these employees. And the biscuits are always great, fluffy, soft, perfectly golden, perfectly moist (not hard and dry). I'll most definitely be back & recommend this particular Bojangles store and location to anyone and everyone I see. Thanks y'all for y'all's great service. Have a blessed day.

Cleanest restrooms I've seen in a fast food restaurant. Employees were extremely friendly,couldn't have ask for a better experience.

Who was amazing and the manager went above and beyond to make me a chicken sandwich that didn't have any Cajun seasoning on it because I'm allergic to it.

This one has the best manager I have seen in a fast food location. He was pleasant, involved with his customers and team, and managed chaos well! GREAT JOB!

You would be surprised how often my simple Bo’s chicken sandwich order gets made incorrectly. It’s like a 50/50 chance something about it is missing depending on the bojangles I go to. Not at this place though, and the cashier was very sweet.

Station 1, Cashier 10 gave us EXCEPTIONAL service and all the workers in there were wonderful as well! And the food was to die for!

I love the staff here at this particular restaurant. If they would learn how to make the rice better, that would be great. Christine, the manager is so super nice! If there is a problem, she is ALWAYS happy to make things right! I love her!

My experience with this Bojangles's restaurant was great. I ordered a large amount of biscuits for a group and the staff here was very kind and courteous. My order came out quickly and correct. In the future I will try and visit this location again when in the area. On the day that I visited much of the area was out of power, yet the store was fully staffed and ready to deliver an outstanding meal.

Took 15 minutes to make the food, but it was all hot, fresh, and delicious. Will definitely go back again 👍
