I was helped by Mason when pre-ordering and activating my iPhone 15. From start to finish he was nothing but pleasant. By far the best and easiest transition I’ve had with getting a new phone. Thank you so much Mason!

If you go to Verizon in Mayodan, NC, ask for Chase. He provided exceptional customer service with his professional and personable approach. He determined the issue with my phone and addressed it efficiently and effectively. All of my visits to Verizon in Mayodan have been positive over the years. I am definitely a loyal customer.

Amazing customer service!! Salesman “Trey” took awesome care of me and my fiancé. We ran into no problems at all, he had everything prepped and ready for us. We got out the store with 2 new phones and a new contract less than 2 hours. He was very professional and I will definitely go see him every-time I need something and tell everyone I know! Very pleased and happy with his work.

Review. Once writing the review I was immediately contacted by the store manager Masons and was asked how he could help. He was able to help me get the phone back and fix the account to were I did not owe as much money on the phone. They went out of their way to make things right and I am truly appreciative of him.

They are all about making a sale. This morning I told the sales man at the Mayodan Verizon office that was handling taking someone off my account that I would call so that they could transfer a phone number and a device to a new account, I was told they could not do that. Once I called 611 they were able to help me and by the time I was able to get back in touch with them they had already sold a new plan, phone, and given this person a new number. They were not worried about helping me get the phone off my plane because they were going to lose a sale. I am now stuck having to pay off a phone that I don’t even have in my possession. They kept telling the person that was on my plan that they could not transfer a phone and line over. I will never do business with Verizon again and hope that this saves someone else from heartache.

John Webster at the Mayodan store helped me get through "the new phone process". I appreciate his professional even tone demeanor. As we know getting another phone is stressful, but John with his skill and wanting customer satisfaction did his best to satisfy this long term Verizon customer. Thank you, John.

Trey @ the Mayodan store (Rockingham Co.) was phenomenal with his knowledgeable assistance while my family came in looking to clean up the phone bill, and Trey helped us SAVE SAVE SAVE & the best part yet, got my husband a new upgraded phone! This store comes highly recommended. Great team of guys, very patient and helpful, especially Chase. He took his time to help me and was even willing to travel to another store just to get a case for my new phone!

I started my visit with Trey opening the door for me as I walked in which instantly impressed me. Very professional, knew his stuff about my IPhone and all around a down to earth sales representative. He also taught me a lot!

All I gotta say is Maria is the best! This store is definitely worth a visit. As they work endlessly to solve your issue. Thank you again Maria for all your help.

Cole was super helpful. He got us a great deal, set up my husband's hearing aids and answered all the questions that two "old farts" could ask. Highly recommend him.

I went into the Mayodan store. Trey Scott was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable and great. Trey helped me with verizon home internet and my phone plan. He reviewed my cell plan saved me money and got me extras. I love verizon home internet.

Jenna, was great! She has been so friendly and patient. She explained everything perfectly and took the time to see what my needs were. I will always go back to her.

Excellent customer service, welcoming and personable! My current phone was no longer in production, not supported with updates and beginning to lose funtionality. Chase T. answered all my questions, walked me through various options and assisted with transitioning to a new device.
