The One Cafe

We ate a late lunch around 2 on a Wednesday.
I had a poke sushi bowl with salmon, shrimp, crab meat, avocado, cucumbers, and more stuff on rice. Everything was fresh and delicious.
My husband had the savory Florentine crepe with fresh spinach, avocado and more of the same fabulous ingredients and truly enjoyed it.
For dessert we shared a peach crepe that was the perfect ending to our meal.
The restaurant is quite small, fewer than 20 seats and probably does a good take-out business, but we were the only customers at the odd time we visited.
The place was extremely clean out front and smelled fresh and not "fishy" like some places that are dirty and have ingredients that are inedible.
The staff, (I suspect she was the owner), was friendly, answered our questions, and seemed genuinely happy to have us.

Outstanding service and meal! Pokes are out of this world fresh - sandwiches are delicious and made with love. HIGHLY recommend a visit!

The owners are so nice and friendly to customers and the regulars! Cute cafe. The food is fresh and tastes good! I got the one club, good size sandwich, and tasted good. My husband ordered a poke bowl for the 1st time and enjoyed it. Would come back!

Stopped in after an appointment, and our poke bowls on a salad base were fabulous and refreshing. The form to order made it easy to get exactly what we wanted, and the owners were very gracious. Ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. We got a boba to go, which was also very good. Lots more on the menu I'd like to try!
While we were there, they had several regular customers come in who were all greeted by name. Nice to see such a well run cafe

The food was delicious and well portioned! Lots of options for the poke bowl. We got several recommendations and they were awesome. Maybe a bit of background music to really top off the atmosphere otherwise perfect. Highly recommend if you enjoy sushi to try out this restaurant and their bowls!

Jessie Zhou & Benny Fong have been at this tiny strip mall in the heart of Edmond for ten years. Since March 31st, 2013 they have dedicated a decade of their lives to their cafe, them being the only two employees. Their menu has a range of meals in which they show their superior expertise. Enjoy everything from sushi bowls to crepes to sandwiches to boba tea. Wether you visit once or once a week, they will always remember your name and appreciate your business. You will never find an establishment more dedicated to their customers or their craft.

& for a fun backstory- I have been going here for 4.5 years. they know my name, have been “there” through so many life events, I’ve gotten engaged, married, moved multiple times, had promotions, and they always ask me about each life event and they are genuinely the nicest people i’ve ever met. I know they go on vacation every year for a week during memorial day, they know I typically come in on a monday. they are THE best.

The poke bowl is fantastic. The owners make you feel like family and it is always ready so fast. Can't say enough good things about this place. I am a weekly regular.

If you like sushi, then you’ll love poke bowls! Very filling, each are made to order with ingredients you choose. Owners are friendly, family owned local business. Glad we went! Spicy tuna with the spicy sauce was our favorite!

Just phenomenally fresh and delicious pokè bowls! Always consistently good ✨ Run by the nicest small family business husband and wife team, Bennie and Jessie.

Such a wonderful local treasure!! The seating area is a bit small but my coworker and I sat at a two-top and enjoyed every bite of our meal. I ordered the Traditional Breakfast Platter for $6.99, and was pleasantly surprised by how much food I got for the price. I also ordered the Yes! Cheesecake dessert crepe and it was simply fantastic. The texture of the crepe and the delicious fillings went hand in hand perfectly. They also served sushi bowls that seemed to be very popular with the majority of the other customers in the restaurant while we were there. Highly recommend!!

My first time here yesterday and the poke bowl was AMAZING! Food was melt in your mouth tender fresh seafood and savory sticky rice. Plan to be back often!

I got a poke bowl from here and everything was so fresh and delicious. I really wish more people knew about this place because the owners are so nice and attentive. They were very patient with me while I was trying to figure out what to order. Definitely will be going here again!!

My husband and I went for a quiet lunch on a weekday. It is a cute little place, very clean, and the food was amazing, with fresh ingredients. My husband had the turkey and broccoli panini, and said it was great. I very much enjoyed my Florentine crepe.

Absolutely amazing! Totally not what I expected. It was real nice seeing the owners greeting people by name when they came in.

Hole in the wall. Friendly service. Clean. Sushi bowls are great and a great value. They will fill you up. Great place to grab lunch or a casual dinner. Really great value. Check out the crepes.
