Carolina Windows and Doors did an excellent job enclosing our back porch and turning into a sunroom. The windows are superb. Also, we had an issue with the screens for the windows not fitting properly. Carolina Windows and Doors promptly ordered replacement screens, and the owner Mr. Baily, along with his plant supervisor Lee, came out to replace the screens for me. All of our neighbors have commented on the quality and the beauty of our new sunroom.

A neighbor recommended Carolina Windows and Doors to us when we needed to replace our old windows. As this is an expensive proposition, we got several bids from very reputable companies including Carolina Windows and Doors. We were very impressed with Brad Bailey who came to our home, inspected the old windows and showed us several options. He answered all of our questions and gave us a very competitive bid. The installation was amazing! The crew arrived around 9:00 am and professionally installed 12 windows in about 6 hours! They left the site immaculate...there was absolutely no construction debris left in the yard nor inside the house. We are really enjoying our new windows. They look great and we are seeing a significant reduction in our power bill. I highly recommend Carolina Windows and Doors.

The rest of our windows were installed today. What a pleasant experience this has been. Dan called me prior to arriving and asked if they could come early which I gladly accepted. When they arrived they were very professional looking and got right to work. The windows make this 40 year old home look so much better and of course the home is now completely insulated which should result in even lower electric bills. Carolina Windows and Doors installed a sunroom on my house a few years ago. The craftsmanship is evident in how well it has stood up. It still looks brand new somehow despite it having taken a beating by the sun year in and year out. The windows still glide smooth and doors still close tight with no drafts or signs of wear around the jamb or weather stripping.
Water damage: none
Discoloring: none
And for some reason I never have to clean my windows (to my extreme delight)
Quality materials used for sure.
Equally as cool is the fact that they reached out to me to check on things. A company being proactive instead of reactive is nice for a change
Now I’m considering other projects for them

A few months ago, all the windows on the front of my home were damaged due to hail. I contacted Jeff Bailey at Carolina Windows and Doors and he promptly came out and gave me an estimate to replace the windows. His staff was very helpful in getting it scheduled in a timely manner. The window crew came out and did a fantastic job replacing six windows and a palladium window. I would highly recommend this company for any window repairs or replacements.

We recently had a new front door installed and it is beautiful. Jaime and his crew arrived on time, did quality work and cleaned up in just a few hours. This is the second project Carolina Windows and Doors has done for us. I highly recommend this local family owned business.

Highly recommended! The best replacement windows you can get! I have used this company in a few of my houses, starting 15 years ago. Now I am restoring an older house, just replaced over 30 windows and added a double french door - all aluminum, superior quality and great service. Most importantly, once they start installing they will finish the job and clean up nonstop, which is very rare in a construction world to have no interruptions.
Will definitely use again.

Our family needed new exterior doors. We built a house a couple of years ago and the doors we had were cheaply made and not standing the test of time.
