Avis Car Rental

This was the quickest car pick/up and drop experience I’ve ever had with a care rental company. The process was straightforward, cost was reasonable, and I even received a free upgrade. I will be back based on expediency alone!

Booking on line was fast and easy. The discount was amazing and the Amazon gift card was a super bonus. Avis definitely beats the competitors! Very pleased with Avis car rental and will be using as my go to whenever I need a car rental!

Everything was perfect. Katy Khan the manager at this location is super helpful and explained everything to us in detail. The car was clean and comfortable. I got to the location a bit later than the scheduled time and they were able to hold the car for us. The return process was seamless as well.

Katy and Matt were extremely helpful. There customer service was great!! They are located on the memorial edmond location. I generally use enterprise for rentals but moving forward I will definitely use this location again.

The cars are top notch and the people have been very friendly. When I picked up my car they didn’t have what I rented but they gave me a much nicer car. Unfortunately, that didn’t fit our needs because the gas would be too costly. I was able to go to the airport and switch to something fit our needs. It was a better car then rented and it drove smoothly. Once we got to our destination later that evening we started hearing a clanking sound. We were able to call and switch out the car even though we were in another state. Through every step Avis was very attractive to our needs.

The manager Don is so accommodating. Ive been renting with his company for 15 years and have never had a bad experience. He has trained an excellent staff and they are always helpful. When picking up my rental I hear their phone conversation with a customer. They explain carefully and concisely as to the details of their rental. The staff also explains why some rentals are not available and is always friendly even when the customer becomes agitated. They are a great group to work with.

I received the car I reserved, it was ready right on time in excellent condition, and the gentleman at the counter provided excellent and kind service. When I returned the vehicle, it didn't take very long to wait on the inspection. I was happy on all accounts!

I had issues with a car that was rented from Avis. I ended up having to contact roadside assistance. Everyone I spoke with was extremely caring and courteous. The car had to be taken to the nearest airport to be exchanged for a different vehicle. I was upgraded at no additional cost and the representative at the counter was also very helpful and courteous. My experience with Avis has been fantastic and I will definitely rent through Avis again in the future.

I had a rental through another company, but needed to upgrade in size. The other company tried to charge me triple the amount for an upgrade. I was able to find my Xlg Suv for only $100 more than the reg size SUV with the other company. So, with that being said. The price, service and vehicle selection was great!!

The location is very convenient for me and the manager (runs office on Memorial Rd, just East of Lincoln) is always so friendly and helpful. Cars are kept nice and clean. Easy and fast pickup / Easy drop off. I have found AVIS rental rates to fairly lower compared to other rental companies.

On Monday my husband, aunt and I flew in for my mother in laws funeral in OKC. Our plane was held in Tampa and made us over an hour late. Upon arrival, Dollar Rental was closed and we were told we would have to wait until 5 am. We were very upset as we were stranded. My husband noticed that your Avis counter was still opened. He asked and was told that there were 3 cars left and one was reserved. I think the gentleman's name working that night was Steve. He was so accommodating and kind. He not only found us a great car, but also gave us a lower price and a nicer car than the other company. He saved us from more stress. We can't thank him enough for his patience and kindness! You really have an incredible employee and he knows what customer service is about. Thank you! We will be calling in the future to reserve from Avis! Our Sincerest Thanks!

I want to commend this company for an outstanding job of customer service. I rented a car from this Avis location. Prior to that I had contacted the agency several times to make arrangements for the car. The reason for the numerous contacts was due to the fact that I had to change the dates and times of pick up and drop off. Each time I contacted them, they were so understanding, kind, and very helpful in making the necessary changes.

I rented a SUV from them had no problems. The place was deceit, the employees was nice o yeah almost forgot to mention reasonable price for 8 days. If ur ever n need of a ride check them out.

Have heard nothing but great reviews from family and friends I'm excited about booking a rental from u guys on the 7th of thus month can't wait to come back and leave an amazing review

I really love using Avis Car Rental. Don is always courteous and helpful. Everyone really is; it is I usually deal with Don. I have even referred my friend to Avis and she loves it and only book with you guys now.

I plan to continue renting from this Avis location. I have not been disappointed or let down in any of my experiences. The cars are clean and the experience has been enjoyable each time we've rented from them.
