Like the gas pump app that allows you to pay at the pump without having those ridiculous holds on your card

Been going to 7elevens all my life so they will always be my 1st store choice

Friendly staff & very clean

The cashier seem to be fairly frustrated about working today didn't seem to have a really good attitude

Maybe it’s just me, but the pumps always have issues, receipt paper at the pump is always out.

Been here several times and each time I’ve been disappointed. They never have brewed tea and Laredo taco lacks the appearance of freshness! They even looked for tea to be made and there was none to be found. Never have I had an issue with any other 7-11 when it comes to getting tea…. Not everyone drinks soda! The employees seem like they don’t really want to be there which makes me feel like I’m not getting the value I deserve. If you offer a service show some pride!

I will never eat at this Laredo again. I walked in and one of the workers behind the food counter was holding a dog. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary. Health department should get involved.

The service at this location is absolutely horrible. The people that work there are so freaking high. They can barely do their job. And their attitudes really stink. You are a customer service at least put a smile on your face and quit acting like your customers are getting on your nerves, if I had time to figure out the corporate number, I would call corporate

I ate at the taco bar here. It seems to be getting worse every time I go. I’ve always love the Barbacoa Burrito. Each time I go it’s hasn’t been very good. From stale hard tortillas to meat hard and old. Today I went and same experience. Barbacoa was hard and crunchy. I had to sift through the meat to get all the hard pieces out. I am now experiencing food poisoning symptoms. Dizziness, gut wrenching pain, ect. This is not the only location I’ve experienced this at. Now I know to no longer eat here. It’s a shame because I’ve loved 7-11 for years. The staff is super friendly but not trained to throw this food out. Now I am going to spend the rest of the afternoon miserable.

Tried to buy food from there twice and was completely ignored both times. Would give zero stars if I could.

I'm a hungry truck driver that wanted some breakfast. Wanted a breakfast plate with eggs, potatoes, beans and bacon. Nikki, would not prepare for me, even when I offered to pay extra. So I left still hungry after spending a lots of money buying fuel for big truck....what a big disappointment.

Came in at 5:30am and EVERY coffee machine was down. That is a job that needs to be done early on the 3rd shift so that people can get coffee in the morning! Common sense. But the guy working (#10 RUL on reciept) doesnt have time to get coffee ready.... yet hes sitting on your Auquafina stack smoking a black and mild 8 ft from the door. Hes been out here for 10 minutes

why do you have to run credit cards twice now all the time?

Why even have a Laredo Taco Factory at this location when on weekend they only have eggs potatoes,eggs and Bacon ,and no other items to offer,
It’s was a waste of a trip to go get breakfast tacos
I don’t recommend this place for breakfast on weekends

Unfriendly, never fast enough to provide service. looks like they’re working just because they’re forced to! Will never come back here.

Wow cash only and Laredo was closed yeah I won't be coming back poor service for a new store.
