Highly recommended. Got a "BACK BREAK LIGHT MALFUNCTION " warning on display. Started by calling auto zone, they didn't even ask about model and claimed they didn't know what bulb might work , or maybe whole light assembly might have to be replaced. Then , onto calling BMW dealership, claimed whole light mount had to be replaced, quoted $450 to $500. Called one more local place, he said they would have to run diagnostic (which is $150 to plug into an ODB and tell us EXACTLY WHAT THE DISPLAY ALREADY SAID, and would not order such an "expensive part" (which ended up being a $10 pack of bulbs. Finally I got in touch with an honest and knowledgeable place of business, on a Saturday afternoon nonetheless, they quoted $300, but then called me back and said manager would knock it down to $150. They ordered the bulb, ask me what time would be good for me on Sunday , 1:00 appointment. Arrived, they got them switched out, knocked it down to $78 and just ask if I wouldn't mind filling out a survey they emailed me on their customer service. (took 2 minutes). They are knowledgeable, honest, AND DO NOT PRICE GOUGE like the previous places of business mentioned above. 10 stars if it would let me !

Only place other than WalMart open on Sunday. Set up an appointment and everything was done right on time and professionally. Fair pricing and great customer service!

Good experience as NTB, like the staff (Tim is knowledge and helpful), and the prices are fair for a chain. I hope corporate will allow the company to remain true to itself now that Mavis has bought them out.

I have bought tires here twice as well as other tire needs. Tim has always gone above and beyond to offer great fast service at affordable prices for quality services. I've shopped around but nobody in area can beat the service and prices I get here.

The guys here are always so nice. The manager is a female which is a change from what you usually see. They're all very welcoming and take good care of my car while it's here.

I had an excellent experience here. I came in 20 minutes before opening - and my appointment - and they were happy to accommodate me. Mason at the front was helpful and educated me on the tire I would be purchasing. I will be returning here!

My car was making a really loud noise and shaking and NTB was able to find and fix the problem (my axle) very quickly. I would definitely go back again because I know that I can trust their work.

I was in Tryon for a horse show two weeks ago and had a tire go flat on my F-350. Nicole was able to get my new tire put on very quickly along with my dry rotted spare replaced and put back under my truck. Mason did the service work and together they had me in and out in no time and exceeded my expectations. Fair price, great work, excellent service. Nicole and Mason, thank you for getting me back on the road with my kids and horses safely.

Had nail in tire. Check tire light came on. Being senior citizens, we were concerned we would end up on side of road with flat. Very happy that our local NTB was open til 6 on Saturday. They quickly fixed our tire. Very friendly staff.
