Awesome customer service by the managers, they really know how to get the job done in the print/copy center. It is a little expensive, but enlargements like the ones I needed cannot be done at home or work, and OfficeMax was there when I needed the service. The managers were mostly awesome, seeming to really be energetic and engaged in meeting my needs. An employee, less energetic and not a manager, seemed not too keen on helping me find something specific, instead just pointing me in the general direction of an item and making me search two or three isles before I was able to find it. Overall, the experience was positive and I was able to get my enlargements done for work. Thank you!

Mary was extremely busy with school season starting in the print area. Informed me that they were very backed up: but still found the time to go out of her way to get my order completed . Excellent customer service .

They usually have everything I need, including self-serve printing when I'm on the road. The check-out clerk at my most recent visit was friendly and welcoming.
