Ana provided outstanding customer service in providing me a quote! It's my first time having to find auto insurance for myself and she helped me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain things to me that I didn't feel overwhelmed. After the auto quote we started to talk about renters insurance and I still felt comfortable. I have nothing but kind words for Moni and Ana. My phone call started with Moni, who was very patient and attentive to my questions for the quote. She made sure that I was given a discount (since I was already insured with them for Renters) and informed me about the Drive Safe program, which qualified me for another 10% discount.
I was then transferred to Ana, who walked me through setting up the policy. She was also very informative, clear, and cheery!
