Biggby Coffee Charleston West Ashley

Decided to try Biggby today, the two girls behind the counter (I think Cat and Chole) were so kind and made me THE BEST drink, and in record time. I’m new to coffee and they really helped me find the perfect cup! I will be recommending this place again and again, great job girls!

Melissa was really kind and helped fix our order which had a small mix up at first. Food was delicious and the drinks were exactly what we needed! Love love love the variety and non-coffee options. Absolutely love this biggby coffee location

I enjoy the coffee (this the five stars) , everyone is nice, but the practice of baristas handing the card reader to me (after I have given my payment) with a prompt to give a tip makes me feel uncomfortable. I’m usually not big on complaining in reviews and certainly don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but as someone who also works a service job where we can’t ask for tips at all it just puts unnecessary pressure on the customer. I do tip anytime I get coffee, I just don’t like feeling pressured and this has been a common occurrence here/puts unnecessary pressure on people in hard financial straits themselves

Staff are really nice. They have a large variety of drinks which was impressive, especially the tea lattes. I got a medium mocha mocha coffee latte and it was good. I paried it with a plain bagel with cream cheese. As a side note they do not have bacon.

I had the best experience at Bigby today. I got there about fifteen minutes before they closed because I saw online they had a buy one get one deal today. I would go here every day but it’s a bit out of the way of my usual route to work. They have the best flavors and tons of drinks other coffee shops don’t carry.

The best part about todays experience (and literally every other time I have been here before) is that the staff here are the nicest kids I have ever met. It’s always a young high school or college age staff member that has helped me and they provide the best customer service at any coffee shop or deli in town. I always leave with a smile on my face, their recommendations are always exactly what I’m looking for and they just treat people how they deserve to be treated. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

This place is awesome. The staff is amazing. They are courteous and kind. The coffee is amazing, better than any Starbucks you'll go to. I know that's a subjective opinion, but definitely give Bigby a try. Honey Lavender Latte is the way to go. You can thank me later.

I stop here several mornings a week on my way to work. It’s always a wonderful experience. The drinks are always made perfectly and they never mess up my order. The bagels are wonderful too! Every employee I’ve interacted with has been super sweet and genuine. Also the prices, you can’t beat them!! Super reasonable and affordable, nothing crazy like Starbucks. Thank you for being my new favorite coffee shop!! I’m addicted!

This cute little place is brilliant. Has nice coffee and great staff. If you are by a Biggby coffee, and are in the mood for coffee stop on in and enjoy.

Workers are always friendly and polite; coffee and food are always delicious and on point.

This is a great place to grab a quick coffee and bite to eat. It’s not very well known but it has a drive thru and nice staff. Very clean interior as well.

Friendly staff, and I like the espresso they use. It's nice to have a non Starbucks drive through and a coffee shop that isn't pretentious. If you want a variety of single roast trendy coffee options, this isn't your place. Go to Highfalutin. If you want regular no frills coffee, this place has it.

While this isn't about the coffee, this speaks about the ownership and their sense of decency and care for a complete stranger. Craig S. was behind me at the post office and heard them tell me the lines were down, and it was cash only. Not having anything other than a credit card, Craig opened his wallet without hesitation and saved me a huge headache. This act is rare these days, and serves notice to me and anyone else that it's ok to help out a complete stranger in need. I will defiantly be paying this forward, and I will catch up to Craig.

Great coffee! And not an evil corporation

I bought a few sandwiches and they packed it full with amazing ham which I loved because a lot of these shops will give you the minimal. Their coffee was so so good not too sweet and not too bland it was perfect! They had a little sticker that said “thank you for supporting our small business” that is what actually brought me to write a review. Best bagels I have ever had! They also give you the opportunity to buy from DoorDash so you can enjoy it at home with delivery :) over all an amazing place you should definitely stop by!!
