Candlewood Suites Tulsa NE - Owasso, an IHG Hotel

While it may be a jog from Tulsa this hotel has been great. When I arrived I was greeted by Samantha, who was very courteous. I'm on a work trip where I'm traveling for work, and I'm on call. Sunday evening I got the phone call mid laundry, I had to leave. I was again greeted by Samantha who graciously offered to finish my laundry, which was above and beyond her duties for the hotel and it's guests. She has been awesome for my entire stay. If ever in Tulsa I will make it a point to stay at this Candlewood. For her superior customer service I hope IGH sees her as a great asset to the organization, and properly either compensates her for her going the extra mile for it's guests. Great stay and even better service!

The only thing bad about this hotel is Google maps directions.

There are many reasons to live this hotel:

First and foremost the staff was very kind. They treated every guest with respect. They were real people who wasn't pretentious in their actions.

My room was very nice and comfortable. It had everything that I needed with the exception of a safe. This is the first hotel that I actually preferred to just relax in my room instead of running around and exploring the area.
If I have the need to be in the area again, I will most definitely stay here.

I can't remember when I had a better stay in any hotel. I am a super happy camper. The beds were soft and comfortable as were the pillows. Everything was in place, my morning coffee and even popcorn was available. There are shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom in dispensers. To my delight there was a hair dryer, the the towels were clean and fluffy and there were nice blackout curtains for my daytime sleeping. At the end of my stay I just felt completely rejuvenated, rested and ready to work. I can't say enough good things about Candlewood Suites extended-stay. They have a locker in the lobby with items that they will loan you such as blenders and corkscrews -even cables for jumping your car if your battery goes low. One of their innovative ideas was to put a gym inside the laundromat. I had a lovely experience. I highly recommend you try staying at the Candlewood Suites Extended Stay the next time you're in town. You will be glad you did!

So wonderful to have a full size refrigerator with an ice maker a toaster on 1100 watt microwave go figure Nice comfy bed cold air conditioning and I've had several different rooms there in the past 3 weeks.
You don't have any road noise and you basically never hear anybody else leaving or coming into rooms near you

I travel mostly for work and I appreciated the large desk in the room. This was closer to an extended stay than a normal IHG property. They have a lending closet and my room had an electric stovetop.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I travel for work and stayed at Candlewood Suites for 2 weeks. The room was clean, cookware readily available in the room and you're supplied with paper towels and dishwashing liquid. The gym and laundry room is also complimentary for the hotel guests. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was cute and up to date. The hotel has a business center which came in handy when I had to print paperwork for work. The location of the hotel is perfect and centered around everything you will need in your day to day routine. It's like home away from home. I would definitely return.

We just closed on our home and stayed here for about a week while our house was being painted. For the amount of people and rooms in this hotel they did an excellent job! We had our dogs with us and the grounds were clean and always taken care of. Wont be needing to stay here again but if I needed a place I wouldn't hesitate. Great rates as well

This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in out of state! Great customer service comfy beds clean rooms and no smoke smell in the room :) people are so friendly in this area it was really nice to experience such friendly people even in todays wild times…I would stay here again !

Really nice spot for a reasonable price. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked amazing and the front desk attendant was super nice. Would definitely stay here again. This is a great spot if you are visiting Owasso. Theres no pool so if that's a deal breaker this isn't the spot for you. But if your looking for a nice clean quiet spot this is a good place.

They had everything you could possibly want. The room included a tiny kitchen. It was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and didn't mind us being a bit of night owls (ie going out to eat at 2am). Had a great time, I hope to come back here, or visit another IHG property.

Incredibly friendly staff , comfortable rooms , very good deal I got on this hotel with priceline. The room was very clean , the bed was comfortable and it had quite a bit of what one needs in the room already...from a dishwasher and fridge and 2 burner stove and microwave :) Now they also have a small gym for guests to use , free wifi and free washer and dryer use for guests but you must bring you own soap etc. I believe there was indeed a 100 dollar deposit and if you use a debit card , you get it returned on on card in about 3 to 7 business days pending you leave the room in good condition etc. We had a good time here !

Only thing it was missing was an indoor swimming pool and a hot breakfast. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, stove top, full size refrigerator, pans for cooking. Had a wonderful stay. Staff was really friendly. Loved it.

The Gentleman at the front desk was beyond stellar. The laundry was free. They had rentals from movies and books to Scrabble boards and Movie Trivia. We made a request for extra pillows and the front desk agent delivered personally. The room was spacious with a FULL kitchen and full work desk. Microwave, Fridge, A/C, Full Depth Sink, Heating Top, Plates AND Cutlery, Dishwasher, a Coffee Machine AND a Garbage Disposal. I have had an EXEMPLARY experience. I love this place. If I could move in I would. Look at other reviews so you know what I mean. These guys are serious about their business.

It is too clean a place, the room we had smelled like mint or very well sanitized, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and the best thing was an extremely good price, very accessible mentioning that it has a kitchen, and no more than 25 minutes from me. Work area, in addition to the area where it is, there are all kinds of shops and restaurants less than two minutes from the freeway, I give it 5 stars for the quality of everything it includes.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert in Tulsa. Nice distance away from the city without being too far away from downtown. Easy to get to. Good amount of shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Rooms were nice and had a kitchen. Staff was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is convenient to the hwy, and the near by stores/restaurants. Rhonda, the director of sales, was extremely helpful in getting our room booked, and with the accommodations. We will definitely be back to stay with them again soon!!!

Comfy, quiet rooms that you can really spread out in. Small stove top, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge included! Some rooms even have a small pantry! Dishes and silverware are included!

Well to start I live in Missouri and I had made reservations for me and my family and my parents I was on the phone with the new girl for 45 min she couldn't figure out the computer told me a king suite was $$ and a queen was $$ and when we were on our way it's a good thing I called and checked our reservations because they were wrong. Well when I got here and all checked the next day found out that my room was actually a different price then what I was told then nice young lady Sara at the front helped me and got me the room for what I was told and figures our my parents room also. It was a little frustrating but it got fixed and I got my rooms I needed and they are very nice and roomie plenty of space for me and my husband and our 3 kids and my parents liked their room also.

Could have been treated better!! Preston was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate!! Nicole was as cheerful and delightful as could be. They made us feel like we were at home and greeted us with a smile and a "hello" every time we saw them. =)

Beautiful landscape, clean and friendly visitors and employees. Setup inside the room was very homey and has appliances that are not outdated. Great place to stay!
