Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

Ordered to go while visiting friends in the area. My son has an allergy and though I ordered something that should be free of the allergy, I made a note in the order online of the allergy just to be safe, but not expecting it to even be read. Much to my surprise the restaurant called me a few minutes later to talk through all the food and appetizers our group got and which items were safe to eat, then reminded us at order pick up. Everything was delicious, everyone was kind. I wish we lived closer! Also a great volume of food for the price! Yum!

Incredible food & service! I love how they cook it right in front of you & everything is hot & fresh! My husband already has it in his mind to come back for his birthday in a couple of weeks.

Literally the best restaurant in Owasso. Went there with my 2 year old and they treated her like royalty with ice cream and balloon sword.
I am also struggling with pregnancy brain and forgot my leftovers and they kept them (for close to an hour), hoping I would come back for them, like I did. Truly such a great experience. Our waitress was so kind and engaging and so was our cook!

This place was definitely a 10! On a busy Saturday night, we did not wait to be seated or for our food very long. Our server was very polite and very patient with us as we could not make up our minds. Red snapper fish was to die for. Excellent place, great food, world class service.

Sushi so good we finished it all. Recommend the Sashimi chef choice. So many choices and everything was great. Looking forward to trying hibachi table next visit. The waitress was patient as we made our selections, which took forever. Turns out she was the bartender helping out with serving on a short staffed evening. She was great! Definitely recommend and will be putting into the rotation of date night locations.

The salad you get before your meal was really tasty! It comes with crunchies that taste like crackers.
Our cook took care to engage the kids and had a lot of skill. I had the vegetable dinner, which tasted brighter with the brownish ginger sauce.

Not the first Teppan-Yaki style place I’ve eaten and one than I would recommend. The steak was Med-rare just like I asked and the Japanese beer they had was delicious. Was able to get in and out in no time. The staff was friendly too :)

Our first time there and it was delicious! The food was hot and flavorful. The shrimp was properly deveined and cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly, patient, and courteous to give us space to have our date night without leaving us hanging out to dry! Good portion sizes with plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Great date night option!

We’ve been coming here since they first opened. Always a great time and the food is consistently great. We are frequent flyers that are familiar faces - absolutely love this place!

We always order some sushi. 🍣 Everything I've tried has been good. My kids like the food offered. Chicken & steak with rice, lo mein, and m🍤🥩🍚🥗🥣🍣 👍🏻

Great place. My son and I have lunch there every Saturday. And I don't know what some of these nimrods are talking about. We have never seen a roach. Sounds like they just have an attitude and chose to make things up. We have always have a positive dining experience here.

First time to eat here, it was very good. Was not sure what to order, waitress was great with helping to explain menu and helpful with order. We will be back to try different things.

Great food and atmosphere. My kiddos love it. It’s one of their favorite places to go eat at. It can get a bit pricey, my family of 8 runs me a little over 200 buck but it’s worth it since we all have fun and get our bellies full.

We love Ichiban 😋 the food is all delicious and the service is pleasant and attentive. My husband had lobster and ribeye Hibachi and I had filet and chicken, both with fried rice. We also had Katsu chicken and cheese won tons as appetizers.

Excellent Hibachi restaurant. Prices are fair for quantity and quality. Service is friendly and as quick as hibachi dining can be. If you’re in a rush they have sushi and hibachi items from the kitchen which are much faster than sitting and watching them cook in front of you. Overall great restaurant experience.

If you’re considering dinner and haven’t tried hibachi, don’t think it’s like the run of the mill Asian style food options and service. Hibachi is something completely different. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a 30 min wait, on Friday night. Tayler was our waitress. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, very polite and sweet. They offer a veterans discount. Very good place to eat. Date night again in the future. Thanks again Tayler!

Upperclass Japanese dining, small town atmosphere. Amazing food cooked while you watch an interactive show.

My 1st time in, our server was great, our rolls were made perfect and were so tasty!! Have plenty to take home when we were finished as well. I will most definitely visit again!

Best food on the planet! I love my food being cooked in front of me. Service is above and beyond.
