Great selection of men’s big & tall clothes. This is the best big & tall selection in the Tulsa area. They usually have some good sales, too. Facilities and fitting rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and patient. They also have women’s clothes, kids clothes, outdoor living section, shoes, cookware, and more. Convenient location just north of Tulsa. We will definitely visit again! It’s our go-to big & tall store.

Fantastic location with a massive selection. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. They always have great sales and make returns easy. They do curbside pickup as well! Jewelry, Sephora, cookware, bedding, and clothes! All you need.

Nice clean store. I spend a lot of time in the clothing/lingerie department. I like how there’s a Sephora inside to fulfill my makeup needs. The associates are always friendly and welcoming.

Great store! I shop there frequently. The cashier Madison M. Is such a sweet girl. She is always friendly and ready to help with whatever i may need! She goes beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Another girl working the register is Ari she is also goid with customer service! I will hate to see this store close. Staff is always so friendly! Good work Girls

I drive 50 miles to shop at JCPenny. They always have amazing deals. Always stocked with items I like to buy. Wish we still had one in Muskogee Oklahoma.
No distant will stop me from shopping at this amazing store!!

Store was clean, was actually enough room in between displays of clothing for a wheelchair to fit. Sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of items they had available. Unable to stress how helpful she was without being pushy. Even though there is a store 15 miles closer will gladly drive the extra distance again.

We bought our rings in august at jc penny jewelry section rather then going to moodys and spending a fortune when you can have a real ring just as beautiful and not as expensive! We had the best experience with a lady i believe her first name started with an S I’d like to say her name is Sharon. She was so awesome to talk to. Very respectful. We will be buying one more band for my wedding ring and i will def be going back and requesting the same associate!

Great place to shop. You can also find stuff online and have it shipped to the store for free. That has saved me quite a bit on shipping costs the last couple of years. I just found a motorcycle jacket online that was $125 and was on sale and in my size. After rewards points and a discount, and free shipping to the store, I paid $12 for it.

Getting my hair cut here was a great experience! Also love shopping there, they have some amazing deals and the staff is very helpful, I purchased my husbands wedding band there, the lady at the jewelry helped us out for at least an hour and was always friendly!!

JC Penny has some of the best sales around. I was able to pick up items that was greatly needed for Christmas display next Christmas as well as some amazing gifts for friends and family. The prices were very reasonable. I spent $277 and saved over $785. It was a shopping bonanza I won't forget. The staff were friendly and courteous. Someone was always there to help find anything I was looking for.

Shopping here is always a pleasant, enjoyable experience. It is never crowded, there are an adequate number of sales persons to assist with finding items or helping with a purchase. They have always been cheerful and focussed on my requests, never rushing to be done with me and move on but treating me as if I was the most important person in the store. Discounts are fantastic, and using my JCP card is an added bonus.
