I really appreciated the lady at checkout for I forgot my glasses. I was there around 1:30.Such a pleasant person.I was offered help while shopping a couple of times.I would rate this store at the top of the line in customer service. Thank you Owasso Lowes you restored my faith in great customer service!

Love this store! Knowledgeable employees and awesome service. The garden center is always my favorite place to be in the spring. The store is always clean and well stocked. It's definitely my go-to hardware store in Owasso.

Bought meself a new dewalt table saw for christmas. 🪚 fingers are still intact. So far.

The entire appliance department is amazing at this Lowe’s everyone is so helpful with everything I needed. The assistant store manager Chris was just as exceptional as his team.

We got to know Curtis, at the Owasso Lowes, about a year and a half ago. We can't say enough good things about this guy. The first time he helped us, he went out of his way to get us what we needed. We appreciated his help. Since then, every time we go in, and we run in to him, he says hi, calls us by name, and asks if he can help us. He is very knowledgeable in every department that we found so far and he is always willing to help. We find ourselves looking for him.Great asset to Lowes!

Shout Out to Carl & Samantha at Lowes! I purchased a microwave with cash back in early August. Went to install it recently and it was the wrong brand. I took it back but couldn’t find my receipt. Instead of telling me I was out of luck they went over & above by spending around 35-45 minutes looking for my transaction in their system. They found my transaction, refunded my money & honored the discounted price I originally paid. I turned around & purchased the one I originally thought I was buying.

Well is lowes some good price some to much is always hard to find help for sure only a few that work there is reason I go back or I wouldn't

At Lowe's, not only do they have parking for Veterans but on Memorial Day, Lowe's has put out a shrine to those that paid the ultimate price. Thank You Lowe's

Brianna was extremely helpful and polite as she checked us out. There was some confusion over the price of an item and she quickly asked a manager to assist. He was also very helpful and we appreciated their efforts.

I love Lowe's garden center. Especially the clearance racks. I wish they would markdown a little more on the low end but it's still a good deal.

I would just like to thank Chris for making my sons day. My son is obsessed with anything Army and as soon as he met Chris and found out he was a soldier my sons entire world lit up because he was talking to a hero. Not only did he give my son the Army patch off of his uniform he also gave him a hug and make a lifelong impression with him. Thank you Chris and I hope you know how much that meant as a father to see someone take the time to go out of his way for a young boy. I’m sure the next time we’re there he will be looking for you.

Lowe's was great! Jaylin the sales associate made it worth my wild, this girl A's in customer service! I was very pleased with her help. I was looking for a specific tools that found online but was not on the shelf. She looked for the item number and she went tracking it, and she found one for me somewhere on top shelf for extra stuff! I was very happy! 😊

Was wanting to purchase a lawn vacuum and this store was only one in metro area with the item in stock. All the lawn vacuums were located up on racks, out of reach. Mary was working in the Seasonal and Lawn & Garden section and provided outstanding customer service. She brought over a lift, ensured everyone was clear and safely brought machine down, where we could place on cart. She was friendly, helpful and we really appreciated her assistance.
