Ms. Alden is an amazing attorney that is extremely knowledgable on a vast array of topics, including but not limited to federal disability laws, VA disability guidelines, Equal Opportunity statutes, Workers Compensation rules and Federal Disability regulations. I have served as a federal law enforcement official for 20 years. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I was an excellent employee; receiving numerous awards, letters of recognition and other accolades, which propelled my career. In one day, I found myself at the receiving end of a vicious and slanderous campaign with the full support of a misguided federal agency. The pressure and stress were immense and ultimately contributed to my wife’s passing.
I am not one to surrender and simply refused to kneel. But this fight was simply beyond me. Naturally, I struggled to find attorneys that were driven, intelligent and willing to stand strong.

Enter Kristin Alden. First, she listened and measured. But with every injustice her eyes flared slightly but still did not commit. I was in the same situation as most of you, confused, anxious, hesitant, upset due to being wronged, and seeking someone to not only hear me out but also provide sound legal advice other than "this is going to be costly". I had already retained counsel from another law firm, which proved to be a mistake and I found myself seeking counsel in the midst of discovery. I had spent 2 years of time, lots of money, and energy to have the ball dropped at such a pivotal point. My case was an official hot mess!

I am really pleased with the services I received from Alden Law Group. They met all deadlines and really did an excellent job. I suffered a concussion during a critical time in my case and was basically unable to assist in my defense for a period of time.
