As a family of six with kids ranging from 5 to 16 boys and girls Rack Room has been one of the most reliable shoe stores we visit and we visit many when shoe shopping. Great deals and always seem to have a good variety for the kids and ourselves to choose from. We actually just grabbed two more pairs yesterday lol. With the BOGO 1/2 off sale almost always in effect we never walk out with less than 2 pairs of shoes. Def recommend Rack Room for all your shoe shopping needs.

I've got big feet and am super cheap when it comes to shoes... the other outlet stores couldn't help me, but Keyara (sorry if I misspelled) absolutely nailed it at Rack Room Shoes! Friendly, super helpful, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Shoe shopping is usually an aggrevating thing for me, but she made it a breeze... THANK YOU!

Had to return a pair and the experience was great. Got a different brand cause they didn't have my size and got a refund from the other pair cause they were less.
