Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue & Catering - South Tulsa

The food was fabulous. The pulled chicken pulled pork were yummy to the last bite. The white cheddar mac& cheese (would make Jerry mouse very happy and full). The cherry bread pudding was good but a bit too sweet for me. The sweet tea was on point as well. This is definitely going on my out of towner munchies list to take people to take part in.

Excellent dinner. Doordashed to my door and delicious. Their baked beans are amazing if you like the sweet style of baked Beans. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. The ribs fell off the bone after a slight tug which makes them cooked perfectly. Pulled pork smoked nicely and very tender. Bread pudding was so good. Tried their apple and peach desserts and was not disappointed. I will eat here again.

Stopped in for lunch. Asked cashier what her favorites were. After "everything is good" (which I wholeheartedly believe now!), ribs and pulled pork were top. My meal didn't disappoint! Tasty sauses and sides!

We ordered catering for our daughter's wedding and couldn't have been more pleased! Isabella and her team went above and beyond our expectations! She never said no to any of our requests!! The food was delicious and we had more than enough! Although that delicious Mac and cheese didn't last 😆. Thank you for making our daughter's wedding a lot easier for these parents! If we lived locally we would use their catering again!

The best loaded bbq baked potato I've had at a BBQ joint. Great BBQ with large portions for a great price. The servers were awesome and you never had to flag someone down to get assistance or a drink. Try the "Champion platter" to get a large sample of all the meats and 3 sides. The loaded potato was huge and seasoned perfectly.

Great food and great service! We look forward to eating here every time we get a chance.

I've actually never been inside, but commercial or not, this has been the best bbq I've had in Tulsa. I love the smoked turkey. it's juicy and always consistent. I order the ribs and a meat, every time - and always choose that turkey. Ribs have been on point every time, and I love that they're not drowning in sauce. The chicken white bean chili I just tried for the first time, omgoodness, excellent. Love the pickles with the potato salad, love the baked beans, the mac is meh, but Im not a fan of fakey cheese sauce, and I dont bother ordering the bread - its probably decent if you're eating in, but nothing to write home about.
I stand by 5 stars for customer service, i ordered a cookie I think and they called to tell me they didnt look good, he didnt want me to buy one without seeing it and asked if he could substitute it with something else. I appreciate that, really that's a good look.

I have to say that Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue is some of the best BBQ in Tulsa. The sauces are flavorful, the meats (are there are a lot to choose from) are all cooked perfectly, tender, and seasoned well. It is a must have if you're in town.

Amazing barbecue! passing by from Los Angeles to New York and I wanted to eat some good barbecue. This is one of the places that came up and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I got the ribs and the brisket with mac & cheese and their barbecue beans amazing! Will definitely be coming back next time I pass through.

Finally! I have found a BBQ place I can go back to. The food was so good! Staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and well taken care of.
When they call the beans "the best beans on the planet," they better be, and they did not disappoint! The okra is fried whole! So, if you're expecting the usual cut okra, that may throw you off. I liked the breading, just not the texture with the whole okra being used.
Everyone in my party was pleased with their food. We will be back to try more yummy things!

Restrooms in restaurants are typically disgusting and probably a good indication of cleanliness in the kitchen. The restroom at Joe's was very clean. Impressive.

The front of the house was also clean and well kept and appeared to be newly refurbished.

The barbecue was some of the best I've had anywhere, and the service was friendly and efficient.

Let me tell you that's some pretty fantastic barbecue. I get the pulled pork baked potato at a lot of places and this one had unique flavor. Unlike some other barbecue places the food here tastes "clean"if you know what I mean.

We recently went to Oklahoma Joe's for the first time. The atmosphere was fun, the service excellent, the staff friendly and the food delicious! As a group we ordered brisket, sausage, baked beans, slaw, macaroni and cheese, french fries, okra, and potato salad so we were able to have a taste of everything. Every single mouthful was top notch! We live out of state so won't have the opportunity to go very often but we highly recommend Oklahoma Joe's!

Oklahoma Joe’s in Tulsa surpassed my expectations in dealing with a very large group! The food was hot & delicious, along with the sides and brought out quickly! The servers were pleasant and quick to fill drinks & clear the tables! I highly recommend this location!!!! OUTSTANDING food and service!!

They hosted a wonderful after funeral party, it really brightened the day for the whole family. Their service was great and on top of things, the food was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere created a jolly good time!

Had a great meal at Oklahoma Joe's BBQ! This was a very clean location, nice dining room, excellent menu, affordable prices and excellent service. They also had a retail store area and had some fantastic products to make the same awesome BBQ at your own home. The family and our youth group very much enjoyed this restaurant I look forward to our next visit.

Delicious. Perfect sized meals. Coleslaw is great. Sweet potato fries are killer good. Turkey was so yummy. If I lived here in Tulsa, I'd definitely come back again.

Award winning BBQ with a large variety of BBQ selections and sides to choose from. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the large number of award banners hanging from the ceiling. Then I noticed they were not all for the same achievement. There’s a somewhat single-file line area on the right and there was only one register open. I felt the line moved a little slower than it should. I ordered the brisket with a side meat and chose pork. I had the spicy slaw and jalapeño hushpuppies as sides. My colleague and I split a bread pudding.
Our order came out very quickly and made up for the time waiting in line. I love sauce and two of Joe’s sauces, along with ketchup, are on the table: Original and Hot. They were both tasty. The Hot has a nice sweet and spicy flavor. The brisket and the pork were tender and moist. I enjoyed the crispy outside of the jalapeño hushpuppies. They are made with yellow corn meal and were a little dense but tasty. The bread pudding with bourbon sauce was definitely a winner.
I like the way there are take-out boxes and condiments available for easy access. I wasn’t able to finish off my meal so I grabbed a small box and took the remainder home with me.
For BBQ lovers this is certainly a notable place to visit while in Tulsa.

Excellent food and service. My husband and I will be back! The burnt ends, ribs, brisket and sweet potato fries were all a 5. Great experience.
