Contacted Donna last Monday morning and said “We need a mattress…today.” She immediately asked what time we could meet her and was willing to meet on our schedule. Met her at the store later that day. To say she is an expert on her products is truly an understatement. We were overwhelmed by all of the choices, but Donna asked a few questions (ex. Side/back sleeper? Hot/cold? etc.) and went to work. She had us try several mattresses and even remembered our comments from prior mattresses to keep each one fresh in our minds. We picked the one we wanted, paid and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. The mattress came in a box, so it was super easy to transport! After a week using this mattress, I can truly say we made the best choice of mattress and would absolutely recommend Donna and Mattress by Appointment Seneca to anyone! Give her a try…you won’t be disappointed!

Service was great. Something came up and I had to change my appointment an hour earlier. She was very understanding. She was patient and allowed me to test each mattress to my preference. Explained the difference of each mattress very well and gave her input on what she thought was best. I would definitely recommend this location.

This place was a lifesaver! I was in dire need of a mattress and frame for my son’s apartment in Clemson. It was last minute when I contacted Donna, but she was able to fit me in. I was late for my appointment due to traffic but she was still able to help me out. It was a Lil after 4 PM when I finally arrived. She greeted me with a very warm and welcoming smile. She was very courteous and helpful. She hooked me up with a Queen size mattress and bed frame! She was even able to get it delivered it that very same afternoon! My son loves it too by the way! I highly recommend this place!

The lady was really nice and friendly. She made buying a mattress very easy because she was very knowledgeable about them. The transaction process of financing was really easy and now we can get a good nights sleep on a new bed.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I called them Sunday night at 9 PM and told them that I needed a queen size mattress as I had out of town guests coming last minute to our Lakehouse in Clemson. Made an appointment for 12 noon on Monday. Bought the mattress at 12:15 pm. They delivered it, set it up, took the trash away and it’s 1:30 pm. Doesn’t get any better than that. Oh and did I mention the quality and pricing was outstanding. If you need a mattress these are the people to call. You won’t be disappointed. Excellent selection! The lady I met with was super kind and informative. She was also patient and hooked me up with the best! She was perfectly on time (there before me). I was able to take my time and test out each mattress by sitting and even laying back, rolling around some lol I finally settled for one. There were so many to choose from with so many options. We also had it delivered. Delivery was quick and on time with schedule. Delivery driver was very polite and professional! So thankful for our new found comfy bed!

This was one of the easiest shopping experiences I have ever had. I needed 2 twin mattresses and it took about 15 minutes to choose and buy them. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
