We have elderly - aging retired parents in their late 70s and early 80’s - and helped them to buy brand new laptops. Great place to buy smart tv's, phones, computer, laptop 💻 and other great electronics. Great prices and great deals! Customer service is very friendly! Very professional Employees & staff! They are welcoming and ready to assist your needs as you walk through out the store.. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable about product's and aware of what's going on in the store and how to protect your devices from scammers. They offer a list of many different things in each department. There's always someone around to help you to decide on what you are looking for and the best deals! We will return soon.

This best buy has the best sales reps. Mary Elaina * I think may be Mary Ella or some form of Mary double name was absolutely AWESOME!! She helped me and was patient as well as gave me the best service I've had in a long time. Enrique was also very friendly when I came in earlier this week answering all of my questions.

Staff very helpful. The Sony TV and Soundbar I wanted were in stock. They were a big help in loading the set!

Typical Best Buy store. I went for an online store pickup. Looks like they're ready for Christmas crowds.

We were struggling to find someone to repair our broken tablets and was told by the Geek Squad there that we just had to buy new ones. The guy that helped us at the repair counter didn't really seem to know about the tablets, but did point us in the right direction. A best buy employee, Ryan, helped us out getting a pair of headphones and some tablets. He was very knowledgeable about the products and knew exactly how to help. I was blown away with the customer service from him. He made the trip worth it. Because of Ryan's skills, we will return to best buy for more electronic needs.

The young man that helped me with my purchase,was really nice and mannerly. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. Best experience I have ever had in Best Buy!

I went into Best Buy, expecting to spend maybe 30 minutes looking at car audio equipment. I was wrong by a long shot! I was immediately assisted by Chris Soto within 5 minutes of browsing, and he was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. We probably talked for an hour and a half on what was best for my needs. He gave me honest opinions on the products we looked at and made sure I knew everything about it and what I needed. He was even kind enough to show me his stereo set up in his car! We returned the following day, and he had everything saved on my account ready to buy and helped with a smooth and quick transaction. Chris most definitely went above and beyond with his customer service, and I highly recommend him for any questions you have, especially regarding stereo setups!
