Roto-Rooter Plumbing - Tulsa

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gary and Jacob on my plumbing issues. My husband and I are first time homeowners and 2 weeks into having our home, I walked into two inches of clear water in our bathroom. And later saw that our guest bathroom would not flush.

Gary was able to come about quickly and get a camera down our pipes, and around 75ft noticed that the camera was hitting something hard. We finally came to a decision that we needed to dig where that hard spot was to really find out the problem. The next day, Jacob came out to help dig with Gary and they talked me through the whole process of what happened with my pipes. (See pics below) unfortunately, the plumber that helps build the house did not connect the main line to the city line… causing us and probably the previous owners to flush, drain, etc everything in to the dirt.

Jacob and Gary did everything they could to help us first time homeowners out and were so, so kind to work with.

Bobby was so kind and quick to jump in! I was very impressed that I received a message ahead of time with my tech’s picture and information, which was an unexpectedly supportive safety feature provided. I have absolutely zero complaints on the service and customer service which was provided after waking up to a flooded bathroom.

AMAZING service!!!! They were the only company in Tulsa that I could get to come out overnight for a plumbing emergency!!! Jesse was great at communicating and absolutely went above and beyond! Everything was fixed and price was reasonable. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

I should have called Roto Rooter FIRST!! I fell for a $100 "special" from another company. The other company came out and said they wouldn't clean it out from the roof (no clean-out on the ground) for less than $800. I said no thank you, so he presented me with a bill for $79 for coming out. I said no thanks. (If I have
to pay that, I may call the BBB, plus they WON'T like the review I leave THEM.) I next called Roto Rooter, they came out the SAME DAY, and worked diligently to clear out my drain (It wasn't easy work) and they fixed the problem for just over $300. I am VERY satisfied and will always call them in the future!!

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. A technician was available in a timely manner and he (David) was very thorough and took care of our problem. He explained what he the issue was and promptly solved it.

Basement started flooding from a backed up drain pipe, so I called the local Roto-rooter. They sent an excellent technician out, he arrived within a half hour, diagnosed and fixed the problem (tree roots) very quickly at a surprisingly good price. Great response, good vendor, good price, no surprises. Recommend!

Mo our technician was the best ever! She was super informative, and kind. She got to the root of the problem, no pun intended. After sending hundreds with other companies, she actually told me the real issue and how to resolve it!

I will never call or need another plumbing company again! They are fast, reliable, honest and affordable. It’s such a relief to know there are companies out there that stand by their work and integrity. I’ve had 2 issues in the past month and they were on site within hours and very affordable.

It was very unstressful, as Jordan the tech, kept us informed every step of the way. Jordan worked n worked to try n achieve clearing the drain clog. He then suspected a possible collapsed line. After using a camera in the line, there was indeed a collapsed line. Jordan indeed never acted to us as frustrated or discouraged, which in turn, kept us from being stressed about the situation. I requested an appointment online for the following day and a technician was out shortly after business opened. The technician was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Very happy with the service I received.

So thankful for Tyler! We had a clogged pipe, and he came out and got it fixed. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. I wish they offered a class on all of this stuff when I bought my house. Thankful for people like Tyler who’ve taught me how to take care of my home.

Great experience! Had a tech out to my house 30 min after I called in request for our slowly draining sinks and shower. Tyler had them unclogged and going in no time! Many time you associate a recognized name with high prices. I can tell you my problem required three visits and calls with a dispatcher but the cost was near the same price as the local mom and pop plumber. The addition of text with my service techs picture and information also gave me the peace of mind to let my mother in law handle one visit. Great service!!

Prompt service at a great price. We had a service clean out line installed. Our service tech was Dandre and he communicated well throughout the project. Didn’t go over our initial bid and knocked the job out fast.

A have a wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter today. David worked on the plumbing at home, he was very confident fixing the drainage of my sink in the kitchen, and he fixed. It in less than an hour. Had my aerobic system pumped and was informed how each tank looked. Pumping was quick and thorough. Went over the charges and reviewed everything that was done. Great job and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
