My wife and I went here on our honeymoon recently (we were trying out all of the local breakfast spots). When I say that this place is a must-visit while in Charleston, I mean that sincerely.

I had the Carolina Scramble and she had the Sweet Potato Benedict; we both legitimately still have dreams about that food. And then we split a goat cheese French toast for dessert..... we were in heaven.

The staff was so attentive and caring, they treated us like family and were always smiling and kind. The interior was covered in drawings that customers have done on their placemats. It had such a neat vibe to it that really pulled the whole experience together. You could really tell they valued what they sold.

Delicious brunch! The avocado omelet, home style fries, and sweet potato biscuits were amazing. Don’t let the oatmeal fool you, it might look simple but the slight honey sweetness set it over the top. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing, especially the French toast - we want to come back to try more! Bonus - they bring your check out on a Dr. Seuss book! Highly recommended!

Literally the perfect little breakfast spot we weren’t expecting. We wanted a pet friendly breakfast place nearby so we headed over to three little birds and I was surprised to see huevos rancheros on the menu. Cooked perfectly nothing greasy or over cooked, perfect portions, fresh ingredients. Perfect red salsa-sour cream ratio. The coffee was delicious. If I lived here and not just passing by, I’d be a regular for sure.

This was the best breakfast we have ever had in Charleston, SC. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were all incredible. The food tasted like someone has been crafting the recipes for years to feed others hearts. So glad we stumbled upon this place on our way out of town. Such an amazing was to end our trip!

Beautiful building with plants and art surrounding you, taking you into a little wormhole as soon as you step in the place. Amazing food, decent prices, fast and friendly service. Would come again! I got the black beans Benedict and a coffee. Delicious! They were on top of refilling my coffee mug too which I really appreciate.

Shrimp and grits for breakfast? Heck yes! Fast service and excellent shrimp and grits. Beautiful little place that you wouldn't expect in that location. It's basically situated in a shopping center parking lot, so getting there is no issue. The coffee was so good I bought a bag of whole bean to go.

Dog friendly (outdoor seating). Located in a stripmall parking lot but not connected to the stripmall buildings. Very cute decorations. Food is great. Service was quick and very friendly. I would go back here for sure. They have dog bowls if you don’t have one and will bring water for your dog without even asking. Love it.

I'm hesitant to write this review. I'm hesitant because I'm worried everyone else is going to find out how great this little restaurant is and then I'm going to have a long wait to get all of my favorites. My husband and I were so pleased with the Three Little Bird Cafe as soon as we arrived. The restaurant is quaint with ample parking. We were seated immediately in the festively decorated patio area. The service was prompt friendly and informative. I was so excited to see many healthy options on the menu. It was a wonderful healthy oasis in a sea of greasy spoons. Vegans, vegetarians, people with sweet tooth, and even people who like a more traditional breakfast will all be very pleased to here. The food arrived quickly along with the very tasty coffee. Portion sizes were really ample for the price. Everything was fresh and homemade. I'm pretty sure the people next to us thought I was crazy as I kept moaning over everything I ate. It was that good. They even offered me a to go coffee. It was wonderful! We will most certainly be back.

This is a cute restaurant with an artistic atmosphere. The whole vibe is very eclectic from the menu selections to the dishes to the children’s books used for check out. The staff are laid back but very efficient and unobtrusive. The food (all made fresh!!) was great with generous portions. The space is small with additional seating outside. So there may be a line but definitely worth the wait!! They serve breakfast and lunch. We go every time we are in town and highly recommend you give them a try.

I ordered apple cinnamon pancakes, coffee, and a side of sausage. The pancakes were soft and fluffy with apple bits sprinkled on. They were the perfect amount of sweetness. The coffee was strong but not bitter. And the service was impeccable.

The cafe itself has good vibes with amazing artwork on the walls. I am definitely going to come back.

Such a cute little place to grab breakfast or lunch. I love how casual it is but with great quality food. Tons of vegetarian options for lunch too, which is hard to find!

We had a great experience. As a person with lactose intolerance I was really excited that there was a special that had goat cheese instead of regular cheese. The food was good the waitress was good love this place.

From out of town, a friend and I had a delightful breakfast. This place is a true jewel, with real character and local people. The service was friendly and the menu offers classics but also healthy choices. Our food -- a veggie burrito and eggs Benedict - were delicious. This establishment deserves support over chain eateries!

Love love love this restaurant!! We went for Sunday brunch so we had yo wait a little while for a table, but it was 100% worth the wait. Staff is friendly and food is amazing. Highly recommend the huevos rancheros (comes on top of quesadillas!) and the chocolate chip pancakes. Also - it’s dog friendly at the outside tables which was great for us and our dog!

We popped in at 8 am and it was already busy. After eating there, I understand why! Good ambiance, good food, good service. We ordered the black bean Benedict and the strawberry and goat cheese challah French toast — both quite good and quite hefty. I’ll be back for a relaxing early morning meal.

Best scramble I’ve had on my two month long road trip. Added cheese, ham and spinach. It’s like homemade. Fantastic! With a side cup of super fresh melon and berries. They serve your local Charleston hot tea is a beautiful little tea cup but give you a nice large hot pot of local Charleston tea to pour from. My boyfriend got the oatmeal with fresh fruit on top. The ladies that work here are friendly and cool. The 80’s 90’s radio was lively but not overpowering.. great atmosphere. We’ll be back

Note: the olives in the Greek omelet should be chopped not left whole.

I finally had the chance to enjoy this little gem of a restaurant! I will preface this with a some info about me: I spent a large part of my childhood in Saint Augustine, Florida and was a classic local beach bum. My mom worked at a popular beach side diner, and I'd often go visit her, and a specific little counter serve shop at the end of her street. It was called Stir It Up (I'm sure you can see the theme here!). This was my FAVORITE RESTAURANT OF ALL TIME, and I've spent many years looking for a place to live up to the food, the art and the vibe Stir It Up offered. And I can finally say I found a place that delivers! Three Little Birds has officially shot up to the top of my local gems list. The food was stellar, our waitress was a superstar, the suppliers are all cool locals, and they sell local art and play great music. I could not be more thrilled with my experience here. Thanks for bringing a little piece of my home away from home to my OG stomping grounds 🥰
