Super helpful with my homeowners insurance needs. Previous insurance company dropped coverage and I was given 2-3 quotes in plenty of time to transfer smoothly. Sold my home 6 months later and again the Ferguson agency, Jessica specifically, helped me acquire renters insurance to meet my needs.

I've worked with Jessica throughout the construction of my new home.She was always readily available, very knowledgable, sympathetic, and eager to assist me with the many stumbling blocks we encountered.

By way of background, I found myself at odds with my former nationally known insurance company over a claim earlier this year (not my fault--debris in road). I had been with this company for 39 years. My 6 month premium nearly doubled to $925 every 6 months. A friend referred me to the Ferguson Insurance Team, and specifically to Agent Jessica Cooper. I worked with Ms. Cooper over the telephone, and in a relatively short period of time she came up with a full coverage plan, as well as adding a full renter's insurance policy to my plan, and saved me over $100 dollars every 6 months from what I was going to have to pay. These people were patient, helpful and very understanding of my lack of tech skills at 73 years of age. A great agency, great people on the team, and insurance with another nationally known insurance company where, perhaps, customer loyalty may mean something.

She followed up and totally stayed on top of everything. She provided the absolute best customer service that I have seen in a long time. In these days and times that's hard to say. They treat me like I am a big customer and a very important client, but it's just my home, auto, and a small business owner policy. Glad to have them working on my behalf. I don't even have a Nationwide Policies. but I get top notch service. It is awesome they represent other insurance companies if Nationwide is not competitive.

I have been using Ferguson for years and although my needs have changed I always stick with them on whatever policies I can because they look out for me. I can always get someone of the phone to answer my questions and this payment period they contacted me to tell me I can do a new program where I will save almost $400 a year. I didn't even ask about reducing my premium they just let me know how I could save. Now that is good service!
