If you want authentic pastries and baked goods that are fresh and delicious you have to come here! The parking is great, the atmosphere is clean, and staff are super friendly! I got a plain brownie this time which wasn’t anything special but also snagged the German chocolate cupcake and it was the bomb! There are other things that are definitely amazing! Love it!

Got a Minnie Mouse cake made for my 3 year olds birthday and it was so moist and delicious on the inside and on the outside it was also beautiful and delicious and the frosting was to die for !!! Best cake iv ever gotten here by far! They get better and better by the year!

Glad that I don’t live in Augusta, because I’d be up there all the time buying up cinnamon rolls LOL! I came home last week to visit my mom and pick up a cake she ordered, and while here I decided to give the cinnamon rolls a try based on the reviews I read. They are the absolute BEST I’ve ever had and you better get there early, especially on weekends, because they sell out quick! And I’ve never been a fan of German chocolate cake, but theirs was pretty tasty and moist…but them cinnamon rolls?!?! MAN!!!

THE KINDEST PEOPLE! I walked in and ordered 50 cupcakes at the last minute & they packaged them & helped me load them with a smile on their faces!! Will 100% be back to lil Dutch ☺

Oh gosh. What can I say? I thought no one could replace Smoaks Bakery. Remember that place? This is even better. I haven't tried everything in there, but the cupcakes are truly divine. Try the strawberry cheesecake cupcake. There's literally cheesecake baked inside and topped with a healthy serving of cream cheese frosting (my favorite of the frostings). It's probably the most delicious thing I've ever eaten in my life and I'm no stranger to baked goods! They also made my friend's wedding cakes. Red velvet and carrot cake. They were absolutely delicious and beautiful. Not an easy task for wedding cake which is usually one or the other. Rarely both. I worked for a wedding photographer for many years and typically wedding cakes are gorgeous, but dry. Not these cakes. The Mennonites are on to something. If you're not into sweets, they also have full dinners you can pick up and take home. Treat yourself a little and go there now. And if you're getting married and find yourself in need of a cake, let these ladies astound you. You won't be sorry!

I have had to cut out a lot of sugar because I am pre-diabetic. My mom found out this bakery has sugar free cream pies. I ordered the chocolate cream pie and oh my goodness it was sooooo good. I will definitely order another one. Next time I am going to try the sugar free coconut cream pie. 😋😋

Get the chocolate cake. Or the cinnamon roll. Of the red velvet cupcakes. Get any of it. It's all good, generous portions, reasonably priced. Staff is always helpful.

This place has the best pound cake ever. I promise you its better than your grandma's!!!! Never had a bad experience or had anything that wasn't fresh and delicious!

They have a new items, cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, casseroles, and More. I ate the moon pie ( super size) they have red Velvet as well as traditional chocolate make sure try the cinnamon rolls, give them a visit and you will not be disappointed.

If there could be better, sweeter, more delicate and tasty items found I am u sure where else to locate them! This place has the most wonderful cakes and breads anywhere in this area-- unless you choose to get organic and create your own from scratch! The turn over melt in your mouth. Each layer is light and airy, creating the silk smooth melt of pastry blending with your favorite flavor note- for me- the tang of cherry or or the sweet kisses of a the cream cheese-- it creates a an expected swirl of light and sweet, magic! I love the huge colorful cupcakes with healthy serving icing just begging for fingers and light airy poundcakes sold little and big that I buy an extra two of since they'll ever leave the parking lot outside my tummy. So many choices. Each looks better than the last. Reasonable prices. Very kind employees. Store is always clean snd thoughtful. Love this place. Would recommend. Will come back. Don't need too. Am round enough already. Guess I'll go happy, eh? Could be so much worse! Lol (slow shurgs)

Ordered a storm trooper head cake for my boyfriends birthday. It came out looking and tasting fantastic. The red velvet was super moist, and stayed that way even after refrigerated. The design of the cake was exactly like it was in my inspiration picture. I would 100% recommend going here.

Amazing customer service! I picked up 24 red velvet cupcakes and on my way home I got rear ended. Thecupcakes were ruined. My husband called the bakery to see if they had more we could buy from them. They told him to bring the ruined ones back and they would try to salvage what they could and supplement what they couldn’t. They gave him 24 new cupcakes free of charge!!! Not only do they have excellent customer service, the cupcakes were amazing! We are now customers for life!!!

Visited this shop for a last minute chocolate lovers gift and was delighted to find an assortment of cupcakes, cookies, brownies, among other sweets! Chris and Angelica assisted with my purchase and were GREAT! Thanks again! Will be back!!

I have read several of the reviews on here and not to say those experiences weren’t true but they were most definitely the opposite of what I experience at this place. Every time I go in here I am treated with great customer service and any questions that I have are answered. I had a specific question about an ingredient in a casserole the other day and instead of telling me she wasn’t sure, the young lady helping me went out of her way to go get the recipe book and let me know about the specific ingredient I was inquiring about. nothing but great things to say about the food and the staff at this place!

2020: Found some unexpected goodies here while just stopping in to see what they had. Left with a tray of bake at home macaroni and cheese and 4 individual sized specialty cupcakes. Loved that they offered items for less that were about to go out of date. I would try them again, to experience other items that they offered, as well as recommend to others.

Great experience I'll call them the morning of my birthday and needed a German chocolate cake they made it from scratch and it was ready and 2 hours the customer service was excellent I felt right at home and would definitely use them again without question.

We needed last minute sweets for a wedding on the same day, and the to lady upfront were very helpful and understanding.

The owner is so helpful and kind! She made my wedding cakes and they tasted amazing and looked beautiful! Will definitely order from this bakery again!
