Evans Lowes has a good selection of tools and home maintenance items. Their garden center has a good variety of soils and ground cover. Service has always been friendly and helpful. Currently, seasonal Halloween items are available, including some awesome decorations and animatronics for your yard that are definitely going to freak out your neighbors, lol!

Lowe’s on Bobby Jones has an excellent selection to choose from if you are looking for flooring if any kind. They also have a wide variety of plants and flowers to choose from. Many people don’t realize that they always have a section in garden center of plants marked down to more than half off.
In the paint section, they also have a discount section that they sell returned paint or paint that was ordered but not picked up. The prices are incredible. Just ask them where the “mis-tint” section is!

The Bobby Jones team turned around a nightmare online purchase. I bought a GE Profile refrigerator online. The subcontracted delivery company missed delivery dates about 6 times to finally deliver a refrigerator with a damaged water valve and a broken mid drawer. The Bobby Jones team went above and beyond to make sure the replacement refrigerator was delivered. It was quite the journey to get this done but I was blessed to have this team working on my behalf. I love my new fridge! It was worth the wait.

Blown away by the Amazing service I received from an Employee named Kenya. He was so professional and friendly. Lowe’s needs more employees like him, especially at this location! I will definitely be back!

I spend more money at Lowe's every year than most normal people. Who would've know such a place was crucial to Adulting.

I wanted to thank 2 sweet lovely women (store employees) who went above and beyond to help me today. One near the carpet department who went out of her way to help me find carpet for my patio, and the other who helped me load my car (store pickup) Great Customer Service

The employees are kind and helpful. They have lots of halloween decorations for good prices!

Tim was a great help getting everything we needed from the kitchen appliances to the ceiling fans and title for the bath room showers and faucets, door hardware for our new home build. He's probably there best asset at the Bobby Jones Expressway Store. Thanks again Tim for your help.

I spent my time in the cabinet department. Let me tell you, if you need help and have no idea where to start, Lori is your girl! I knew the overall look I wanted but had no idea how to go about it. She spent SEVERAL hrs with me, skipping her lunch, to help custom design my cabinets for my custom project. She then took me over to the sinks and helped me pick out a sink that would work with the cabinets and my design. She went even further to help coordinate from the Augusta, GA store where I was, with the Mebane, NC store (where my builder and project is) to ensure I got the right countertops to complete my look. At the end of the transaction we hugged and I left feeling so excited and pleased with my purchase. Thank you Lori, I hope this review reaches you and that you know how much I appreciated your help, expertise, and input on everything. Keep doing what you're doing lady!

Associates were very helpful and actually walked me to where the items were on both aisle 31 and aisle 15. I would have never found the items by myself.

Probably the most well stocked of any Lowes in the area. They trend towards having appliances that aren't available at a sales price to lure you into buying the next model

Who doesn't like Lowes? It has something for everyone! I only wish the saw station was working more often. I heard through the grapevine it was shutdown due to some customers abusing the privilege. They should limit each visitor to x-amount of many cuts a day to allow all the customers the chance to obtain free cuts when they purchase lumber.

I came in yesterday because the weed eater I had purchased was not a good one. I was in tears because this was my first time, purchasing lawn equipment, to.include a mower. I came across Daniel. This guy not only directed me to the right weed eater for me, but he informed me I could return the one I had previously purchased. He was kind, knowledgeable, and had the most empathy. The world needs more people like him!!!! Thanks Daniel, you're a 10 star......fast forward to today, 8/11/23. Daniel did it again!!! Now that I have a lovely lawn, I wanted to put a fire pit in my backyard. I found one I wanted and yall had it in stock. I saw Daniel and let him know what I wanted and asked for his opinion. He assured me that I had picked a good quality fire pit. He grabbed a basket, loaded it up, took me to customer service, got me checked out, loaded it in my car, the whole time he was sweet, kind, and made sure i was squared away. He even told me the safety of fire glass since I wanted to spruce up my fire pit . I.grabbed a 15 lb bag of gorgeous blue glass!!Now that, is customer service!!!!! ANOTHER 10 STARS!!!!!

I wanted to let everyone know about the best customer service I received at 6am this morning at the PRODESK. Tim was the associate who assisted me. I was unprepared but he was patient and walked me through the process of acquiring items on my list and the explained the benefits of having a pro membership. The PRODESK team was ready to assist an execute as soon as the doors opened. They were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend stopping in to see Tim and the team!

Got a super cool oil warmer on clearance at Lowes in North Augusta for under $20 . It came with 24 wax warmer cubes .3 Scents Vanilla Carmel, Harvest Apple, Pumpkin Chai.

The two gentlemen loading my truck with mulch were fantastic!

What a difference one customer service oriented employee can make! Brian went above and beyond to keep a good Lowe's customer. We were having trouble in the lumber dept and Brian was the only employee to offer any assistance. Not only did he help us locate the correct plywood sheets but helped us load the lumber and supplies in the truck. This employee is an asset to Lowe's. Please hang on to him!!
