The pharmacy staff is amazing. They provided excellent customer service even though they were very busy and only had two people working. I commend both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician for their professionalism and friendly behavior. My prescription was ready in less than 30 minutes even though they were short staffed and very busy. Thank you for being so kind in a time when a lot of pharmacies are staffed with rude and uncaring pharmacist and technicians.

Went in looking for a OTC medication for a family member. Was able to also grabs some snacks, drinks, some dish detergent, a gift for a friend's birthday, and a birthday card. They may not be a one stop shop for everything but they can help you check a bunch of your to-do/to-buy lists. The staff was friendly and helpful. They pointed me exactly where I needed to go, very knowledgeable folks.

Had a great experience with the staff at the Pharmacy after a very disappointing episode at the Grovetown location concerning a flu shot. I was In and out in like 10 minutes. I told the pharmacist what happened at Grovetown and was shocked. She contacted their District Manager whom in turn called me on her cell phone to get the information on what happened and was very apologetic and that was not how things are done and if there were any other people who had this happen to them to please let her know. I was very surprised that their DM called me, and after learning that she was a Pharmacist as well kind of gave light to the matter. Anyways, great staff, great experience, and whenever I need a flu shot, I'll make the extra trip from Grovetown.

Awesome customer service!!! The guy at the check out (either George or Jorge) was super kind. I had to wait 10 mins for my ride to come and it was incredible to see how warm and professionally he greeted everyone who both came and left. You hired a keeper Walgreens haha we need more customer service like that everywhere!

How impressive is it that this Walgreens carries sorbet and Halo Top. This place really knows how to rot my teeth. The piles and piles of candy make it pretty hard to say no to scratch that sugar itch.

If you're trying to make prints for grandma, don't look far. Sure, you can make prints from an online service. However, you could just drive down the road and get some prints you like without the shipping wait. Don't forget to grab some extra SD storage. Shoot. Memory is so cheap these days, Walgreens even has their own generic brand. It'll get the job done.

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes at the window. The staff saw me waiting, but continued to ignore my presence. Finally the pharmacist comes and abruptly asks me, "Last Name"?. No "sorry for your wait" or anything. Just not a good experience.

why is this the only walgreens i’ve gotten a covid test at that gives me “TNP” for the results? i’ve gotten tested at least 20 times, all from walgreens, and the ONE TIME i come to this one, the results are inconclusive? i did nothing differently than i’ve done in the past, so i’m not sure why they couldn’t get it right. whatever though i jus won’t be coming back. if you want accurate test results i’d suggest the one on wheeler road, or literally any other walgreens besides this one

I ask for the fax number to have something faxed to them from the insurance company. The pharmacy manager was so focused on telling me why he couldn't give it to me because i was not from a doctor's office. That its company policy. I never had a chance to explain to him it was to have information faxed to them from my insurance company. I finally hung up. I tried to call back to speak to anyone else. But alas the pharmacy manager picks up and informes me again that he can see it was me calling back. I havent felt this insulted, belittled by a "manager" ever and basically told to not ever come back to HIS pharmacy.
