Miss Melissa in menswear was extremely helpful, attentive, personable. Showed us a couple options, was happy to measure twice when asked, gave us good and clear expectations for the tailoring services

Miss Christine from James Avery was friendly and helpful. She polished our new rings, and even put a shine on my older band! Had a lot of fun.

The Estee Lauder counter or I had the best experience in makeover. My makeup artist was Cheryl, she's super knowledgeable and help me find the perfect everything for my face. Rest of the staff or A1. Shout out to Jordan who enlightened me on several wonderful fragrances that I will be purchasing real soon..

Mmk so I'm not a mall shopper, but I needed new shirts and decided to try something new.

Y'all I've been missing out?! I believe her name is Ms. Althea, she was so incredibly helpful to me in finding shirts I liked. Most importantly - whether she knew it or not, her service made me feel like I belonged right there in that department. Clothes shopping as a queer person in the south can be a mixed bag, but she didn't bat an eyelash and helped me find a couple of fantastic shirts - marked down even!

I also received fantastic service in the intimates department - I wish I'd gotten her name - where despite not making a purchase, the associate engaged with me about the products and taught me more about what I was shopping for, without diminishing my experience or making me feel silly for not knowing. It was a validating experience for me.

They were both just so incredibly kind that now any time I need clothes... I'm coming back to Dillards FIRST. Thank you so much ladies for your stellar customer service, you are appreciated!!

Sonya and Ramsay are very friendly. Helped my wife with finding dresses that fit her body type and sized her up for the correct size bra. I can't say enough good about the staff at Dillard's, they are truly wonderful. It has been a month and my wife normally never wears dresses just jeans, but thanks to the staff at Dillard's she's wearing dresses a lot more and her confidence is growing. Thank you so much Dillard's in Augusta Mall.

My go to store in Augusta! Great buys from Polo to Cassandra. Love Rochelle upstairs always happy to me from returns (for right size) to purchase. Will refer others to shop at Dillard's

I felt like royalty in a way... Cause most places don't even great you nor acknowledge you... The gentleman who opened did!
And the other gentleman that help us was also so amazing! Even though the store has an air of "high class"... People there were so very amazing! Thank you!🥰

They carry petite sizes which is a plus for me. Was a Macy's shopper until they decided not to carry petite

The men's department was in good shape. Presentable and well staffed. Friendly people to provide assistance. Checkout experience was fast and they made sure to take care of my items I purchased when wrapping them up. Overall a very nice refreshing experience in retail.

This is the second Dillard's I have ever been to. It is a pretty big store packed with clothing. The employees we chatted with were nice. I enjoyed my visit.

Best shoe shopping experience of my life! The folks working that department went above and beyond any experience I have ever had by providing me with fitting guidance, tips, and lots of patience as I worked my way to a perfect pair of heels. I can't wait to return!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at my visit here. My husband needed work clothes & shoes and I assumed this was going to be a long process. Nope!
The young man in the shoe department was so helpful. My husband ended up buying the same shoes he had on. Plus 2 more items.
Then we needed pants. If you've ever been in that section, wow! It's so overwhelming. But the man working there was also incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. I'll have to say, I'm so glad we went to Dillard's because of these 2 young men.
What I assumed would take hours, took us maybe an hour or less. We will definitely be going here from now on.

Best place I have been to. I walked in and thought, “oh wow maybe to expensive”. But to be honest I was able to find good brand for sale. I was able to get a Michael Kors bag for $120 which was online for $298, and yes it is real. I was also able to find nice Kate spade pajamas which feel so good on my skin. I will recommend to anybody that is at the mall to go here. Best place I have found here.
