VASA Fitness

I’ve been twice so far and I’ve really enjoyed it. I feel happy and free of anxiety when I’m here. The gym has a positive vibe and a comfortable layout. It’s nice to see a variety of equipment, especially equipment that is easy and smooth to use. I thoroughly enjoyed the lap pool! That was my main reason for getting a membership here. Love it. I was also impressed with the Cinema workout area! So glad I dropped 10gym for this place!

I have never felt comfortable in a gym before VASA. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and informative! I signed up for personal training with Ryan and I am very excited to work with him. He’s already taught me a lot in just one session. I have tried yoga class and LOVED it. Next I’m trying Barre and studio red. I love the hydro massage and sauna and hot tub to help me relieve some pain and tension. Recommending to all my people. 🙏❤

Quiet. Peaceful. Lots of amenities. Pool of my favorite. Variety of equipment. A+ in my book.

TD, Evan, and K-J (misspelled?) are excellent employees. There is another young man too. Very very knowledgeable. I've been working out for over a month now. They have been extremely helpful, wonderful personalities, and extremely friendly. I believe they should be role model employees. They are just great and above beyond.

This is a great gym with several options for memberships and several great amenities. I love the classes they offer, as well as the expansive areas of free weights and two cardio areas— especially the cinema one that always had good movies playing! They recently had renovations, with clear signage of when different areas would be closed which I appreciated and it is nice to have clean and updated spaces in a gym!

Melissa was amazing! She zeroed in on what I needed and immediately showed me moves I could use at home and with her as a trainer. I highly recommend her. Plus the Cinema area was the best. I hopped on a treadmill and watched a movie without even noticing how far I had walked. Loved the experience and the movie!

I go in the mornings, very few people, all the facilities are always clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful to answer any questions or concerns. All in all great facility!

My experience at the Vasa Fitness has been absolutely fantastic! The staff is very knowledgeable, as well as encouraging, which is much appreciated. The equipment is very advanced and the environment is very friendly and motivational. If you want better health, try out Vasa Fitness!

I love how close the gym is to my house and how they have child care so I can workout. They have massage chairs, sauna, yoga, Zumba, and hiit classes. Well worth it for the price and everyone has been so nice here. First time at a gym in six years and it’s been a great experience 🫶🏻

Amazing atmosphere for those getting back into working out and not intimidating for someone just starting. Also the prices beat out other gyms I’ve visited. FIVE STARS!

I left my other membership because I needed access to a pool and steam room. The site is clean and there is more than enough equipment to allow everyone a shot at training.

I just arrived in Tulsa and wanted to get a workout in before bed. Most guns were closed at 9:00. Not VASA. It was open until midnight on a Friday. Opens up at 5:00 am.

The gym has it all. Fantastic cardio and weights, two racquetball courts, a basketball court, functional training sections with plenty of room, a 3 lap pool. Sauna, and steam room. I even saw a room for child care.

What a killer gym. If I lived here I would join in a second. For now, I come here every time I’m in Tulsa. $15 daily rate (full 24 hours of use) is well worth the price.

The BEST fitness center in Tulsa! I especially love the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. VASA has everything I want at a gym and more!

Staff is super friendly and very attentive when participating in classes. Plenty of equipment to access, a pool, sauna, steam room, and basketball court. Super worth it

Out of town visiting and did a 3 day trial. This gym very nice and have much to offer. You will not be disappointed. I like it better than LA fitness which is the gym I use back home. I like the set up and the look overall. So spacious. The TV room while during cardio is a plus.

Cleanest Vasa by far!!! Members have gym etiquette. Staff picked up weights, wiped down equipment, picked up after members. Hands down, best Vasa in the state. Thank you for the experience!!

My first full week here has been Great‼ the staff are 100% welcoming Knowledgable and FUN!!! They really make the variety of classes easy to do Especially for me- I’m 64 & I haven’t worked out in over 3 years But each instructor makes sure I am doing each move correctly so I don’t hurt myself. I love the personalized help every class.
Melanie the personal trainer that did my initial assessment is Wonderful. Asking questions to find my goals, my wants and abilities. She makes sure I use each piece of equipment properly.

Nice, clean gym. After being at Sky, this place is a breath of fresh air. I use it exclusively for the pool, but they have tons of cardio equipment, weights, 2 racket ball courts, basketball court and several additional fitness rooms.

Been going for YEARS!!! Stopped for a bit bc of a car accident injury but now I’m back and the service is still amazing and equipment is perfect! My favorite gym ever.
