The salon is beautiful. It has great vibes and energy. Maggie is extremely talented and makes me feel extremely comfortable. She’s been cutting my hair for years. I also refer her to my wedding clients that ask for recommendations for hair/makeup. You won’t be disappointed!

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this salon. It’s hard to find a really solid salon with so many options in this town but IX Artistry just really hits all the marks. I have always been able to book an appointment with ease which makes me feel like a priority as their client. They also send me reminders via text which is always helpful! The vibe of the salon is professional and so welcoming. Everyone in there always has a smile and I feel right at home when I am there. I’ve never left dissatisfied in any way and I know if I ever did they would go above and beyond to fix what I thought was wrong. I always feel like they helped tap into my inner goddess and I leave feeling like my best (extra blonde) self. Seriously don’t hesitate giving these guys a try with your business, you won’t be disappointed.

This group of stylists are 100% top notch + the space is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of parking in the garage located right there + choices for coffee and lunch if needed. Great downtown location without getting into the hassle of the true Charleston traffic. I also love that they are carrying R+Co products. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a five star experience.

Lash Allen changed me into a new woman on strand of hair at a time. When I came to him, my hair was over processed, brittle and to be honest slap out hideous from the cut down to the color. I needed a hair makeover and a hair health guidance! That’s exactly what Lash gave me and along with many laughs. We talked about how using too many “hot tools” on your hair along with using products that contained sodium lauren sulfate are super bad for your hair’s health and color retention. I now use SLL free products and let my hair go au naturale more. I get so many compliments on my hair all the time. I HIGHLY recommend this salon for your hair needs. They are all super friendly, professional, have great style and new techniques while offering anything from a cut all the way to full on several visits hair makeover (like I did). They have great products for sale as well! I am a pretty ‘cool’ blonde so if you’re looking for a salon that can kill the blonde game (healthily) for you then this place is for you.
