My boyfriend and I arrived a little early for our appointment, and were greeting with a warm welcome and a cozy spot to sit while we waited for our appointment. Kathryn D. previously worked with us and she did not disappoint the second trip. Our appointment was fantastic and Kathryn really listened and provided great ideas/suggestions as I built my dream ring and stack. Even picked out another ring to wear for fun, that I’m excited to get ordered! Overall, East West Gem Co in Charleston is a fantastic company with amazing people who work there, and care about what you want. I can’t wait to have all the pieces on my finger!

My boyfriend and I met with Kathryn during my birthday trip to Charleston last month. We had the best experience designing my dream ring and the process truly felt so comfortable. I was able to browse dozens of ring styles and different stone sizes and narrow down what I like best. We were encouraged to take pictures throughout the appointment and once we settled on ring details everything was emailed to us within an hour so that when we’re ready to make the purchase we can just let the EWGC team know. The office is stunning and the employees are so welcoming. I would highly recommend working with this company!

After driving from Savannah, GA to Charleston for our showing, my boyfriend and I were so excited. When arriving at East West Gem Co, we were both really impressed because the office staff were extremely welcoming and the studio was gorgeous. My boyfriend and I got to work with Kathryn D and she is amazing! During our consultation, she was so kind, patient and tentative when it came to designing and fully giving me everything I want in my dream ring! She is extremely talented and was able to create a custom design for me. The process was smooth and fully hands on which made everything feel so cohesive! I love East West Gem Co!

My boyfriend surprised me with a visit to East West Gem Co. while visiting Charleston. We had previously visited a few local jewelers in Chicago where we live, and we were blown away by East West's presentation, customer service, and overall service during our visit compared to the other places we had been to. We worked with Jill, who was not only so friendly, but she made the experience comfortable and brought up many things we hadn't been presented before when it came to the fitting and design of the ring. I felt like she had our best interest in mind. She also had personable and timely communication after our visit, which is something I don't believe all people have together when it comes to this process. The boutique itself was beautiful, and I would definitely recommend working with East West for your engagement ring and wedding bands! We felt like we could trust Jill and East West with this investment. Look no further for a beautiful and wonderful company who has GORGEOUS pieces of jewelry. I have been following East West Gem Co. On instagram for quite some time now and from the moment I saw their beautiful rings, I knew that’s where I wanted mine to hopefully be from one day! Well, I’ve met the ONE and we had the upmost pleasure of meeting with Kathryn at the Charleston location. The show room is beautiful and bright. Kathryn was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything! She helped me design my dream ring and I couldn’t be more thrilled! So to all my girlies out there looking to sit down and design your dream ring with your significant other, I highly, highly recommend East West Gem Co and ask for Kathryn, she’s amazing.

I have nothing but great things to say about East West Gem Co. Firstly, my fiancé went and bought the most perfect ring all on his own and Alexa was so helpful and made him feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience! And then today I just so happened to be in Charleston and am leaving tomorrow, I reached out to them to see if I could come in and get my ring resized. Alexa responded so quickly and was able to accommodate me and I am SO incredibly grateful. Not only did she make time to sit with me and figure out the right size but she took the time to show me wedding bands and try them on to find what I loved best! I am so appreciative of her kindness, patience and positive inviting energy. She is a true gem!

I had an absolutely amazing time looking for a ring at East West Gem Co. Alexa was absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. I went with my Girlfriend to look at rings, and she was very helpful at directing the conversation went above and beyond with the options that were presented. While not the most important, the prices of the rings were very affordable. I have already recommended this company to all my friends that are looking to get engaged in the near future

We had such an amazing experience with Kathryn! She was so kind and knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in such great hands. I have larger fingers, and she was so accommodating and nonchalant about it when other jewelers have made such a big fuss about it, simple kindness like that means more than you know! The rings were also all stunning, and she helped us out together some beautiful options, guiding us when it came to settings and band sizes. Overall it was an amazing experience and I definitely recommend them to anyone!

What a fun experience! We had an in-person showing at the Charleston location with Jill. First of all, the offices are stunning. Then, we were taken back into a private showroom and talked through my likes/dislikes and the type of ring(s) I was looking for. I loved trying on all of the different shapes and styles and really being able to narrow down the what I liked best about each ring and then talking through my options.The attention to detail and amount of education about the stones, shapes, bands, upgrades, enhancements, and even sizing was fantastic. Jill really knows her stuff! I also really appreciate the no-pressure sales approach. I've been an Instagram follower for a long time and I feel so fortunate to have been able to have this experience and I'm looking forward to seeing my gorgeous East West Gem Co. pieces when they are finished!

Can't say enough good things about East West Gem Co! Yesterday I had a virtual appointment with Jill to design my dream ring. She was so kind and went through every detail with me about different ring options I liked. After an hour, we had put together the perfect combo and I cannot wait to put the order in.

During our showing, she guided us through the overall process and customized mock up rings to try based on what I liked. She was quick at responding to my emails and patient with all of my many questions. Such a smooth process. I gladly recommend her and East West!

My husband and I had a showing with Anna at their pop up event in Dallas. I had previously planned to visit Charleston in 2024 for our 15th anniversary but when I heard they were coming to Dallas I COULD NOT WAIT. I can assure you that these pieces are just as stunning, if not more stunning, in person! Anna was a delight, walking us through every option possible. She spent way more time with us than our appointment allotted and she never blinked an eye or made us feel rushed. What I loved the most is that there is ZERO sales pitch involved, not a single ounce. It was simply a design appointment with zero pressure to purchase. We had our appointment notes and our quote in my email box before we ever left the building. RUN, do not walk, to East West Gem Co! You will not regret it!

My girlfriend and I drove all the way to SC , from Jacksonville FL for our ring consultation . The consultant who assisted us name was Jill. Jill, made our experience worth the drive . She was very knowledgeable of their products which made our visit very easy , fun and special . My girlfriend was thoroughly impressed with the ring that she picked out. We felt very confident about all the information that was giving to us about the product. We will definitely highly recommend East West Gem co. to all our friends and family. Thank you Jill for making our first big memory towards marriage memorable and one we will never forget .

I’m obsessed with this company and I haven’t even ordered my ring yet! I was emailing back to forth with Kathryn and she was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. She educated me on everything I needed to know and even sent detailed links and pictures since I’m a very visual person. East west custom made my engagement ring & it is perfect! Their process is seamless and their quality is amazing. We are now getting my husbands wedding ring through them as well! Highly recommend working with East West Gem Co for all your jewelry needs.

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience at their Charleston location. She didn’t really know what she was looking for when we went to the showing but the staff at EastWest was super helpful in helping her find her dream ring. They were even able to create a digital design of the ring prior to us ordering so that she was sure it was exactly what she wanted. Excellent service, can’t recommend them enough!

My husband and I scheduled an appointment with the East West Gem Co pop-up event in Phoenix and it was a dream! There was a huge selection of rings to try and we have worked with Brenna and Kathryn to get all the details just right on my dream ring! I am so grateful for the team being so patient with my many questions and for the really delightful experience we had at the pop up. Kathryn has been incredible communicative since our first appointment and my husband and I are both thrilled with our experience!
