Ashley R transformed my frazzled, washed out hair into this beautiful soft red! She perfectly executed the idea from the pictures I shared.

I have super fine, semi-curly hair and since motherhood I’ve neglected my self care routines. I walked in embarrassed by my hair and walked out feeling like a queen. Her assistant was excellent as well. She gave me such a good wash and easy scalp massage. Really feeling great inside & out! Thank you Ashley!

I've had some great stylists from Urban Nirvana (West Ashley) over the years. My most recent stylist, Alliyah, is really talented. She gave me a cute long bob and two great versions of blonde (my hair is naturally dark with some gray, so not easy to lift) and she did an awesome job. She listens to what you want (I asked for more natural blonde the first time and then an ashier blonde the next time) and delivers!

Parker did a great job on my men’s haircut. Went above and beyond. Recommend his services to anyone

My regular hairdresser was out of the country and I needed a trim before a very important business trip. I was so thankful to not only get an same day appointment but also a great stylist!!

No ones cuts hair like Kelsey. Truly. I will not let anyone else cut my locks!! Everyone at this salon is so friendly and professional, too. Recently I had my hair dyed by Taylor because Kelsey felt Taylor could do a better job on what I wanted. I was very impressed by the “team” mentality and that they prioritized excellent service over competing for clients. Be advised though: They are usually really booked up and I can see why! So schedule ASAP.

I just had my first experience at Urban Nirvana Hair, and was a bit nervous to go to a new stylist. I was VERY pleasantly surprised! Michael, my stylist, was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and warm and listened to exactly what I wanted done. The bayalage came out perfect and I love my fun new bangs. The customer service was also fantastic at the front desk. Lydia was such a delight! Would definitely recommend this salon!

I have been getting my hair done with Luddy since she was in Columbia! She is so knowledgeable about the process and always makes sure to explain everything! She asks questions that I didn't even know I had. I have a lot of hair and the process can be long but she makes it so enjoyable! She is the best!

Julie got me to the most perfect icy ashy blonde. Although it's a bit pricey I think it was worth every penny to get exactly what you're asking for which rarely happens. The price also had olaplex and a hair gloss tacked on which is why it was more than I expected but my hair definitely needed it. Julie did an amazing job, I will be back!

Hope is AMAZING. I haven't been truly happy with a haircut since I moved away from my stylist 10 years ago. I can happily say Hope has exceeded my expectations and given me my favorite haircut ever. She also listened to me about my low-maintenance style and gave me something cute and easily manageable. I have been receiving compliments like crazy since my latest appointment! I have to thank the rest of the staff as well, everyone is always so welcoming and professional!

You know when you get your nails done and you have to inconspicuously show them off? Well, today I left the salon doing that with my hair. Dramatic with my hair flips to ensure everyone around saw the beautiful work Michael did today.
Already can’t wait to see him when I’m ready to color my hair! Heck, I’d go back just for a style cause of the scalp massage he gave. So glad I found a friendly and knowledgeable stylist with my first attempt here in Charleston.

I had such an amazing stylist. I can't remember her name and i feel awful for that, but she was amazing. She made sure I was perfectly satisfied before I left and even asked how I wanted it styled/if I wanted any product and if so, which one. I am not the type to schedule a second appointment right then and there as I've been on the hunt for "my person" but I definitely made another appointment right then and there. Seriously awesome

Hannah had quite the job cut out for her but she did not fail to impress. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she worked hard to make sure that my hair was as close to the picture as I could get without damaging it. She was completely honest and offered her professional opinion. It was a great experience because I am overjoyed with the color and cut that she created. She took the picture and made it her own and personalized it just the way I wanted it. She was also very nice and friendly. The whole group works so well together. I will return and am excited to take my girls next time too. Thank you Hannah!

Such a great experience here every time. The front desk ladies are friendly, everyone works together to make sure that you are comfortable if you have to wait, and the stylists are all so nice! Shannon is just the cutest little sprite in America, and she does a consistently fantastic job with cut and color!

I had an appointment with Michael today and I absolutely love my hair. Hair is long and basically very blunt with no shape. He took out some of the volume and shaped the front. Amazing job! He spent so much time with me and explained everything. Very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him.
