I had an amazing experience shopping for my new sofa at NCFM! I am pretty picky and indecisive but Kristi assisted in navigating exactly what I wanted. It took over a month for me to settle on my final look and she could not have been more patient! My dealing with the other staff members were equally professional and helpful! For good measure, I priced the same sofa with another store and it was quite a bit higher in price and I did not get the individualized assistance that I got from NCFM. My sofa was delivered a few weeks ago and I love it, I could not be more happy!

Braxton is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in furniture shopping ! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, was very patient as I went back and forth in making my decision. There was no pressure to buy, and he kept me updated on the progress of my order. I recommend him, as well as North Carolina Furniture Bixby, highly.

Working with this family business was the absolute best! The furniture selection was exceptional, the service was kind and personable, and the delivery was timely, clean, and professional. Debra was an amazing sales person and was great to work with! She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us so much throughout the entire process. We were coming in from out of state so she sent us pictures of furniture pieces beforehand so we knew what to expect. They had a large range of furniture to choose from and we were able to get items very quickly. I couldn't have asked for any better service and will continue to recommend them!

I did read on a few reviews in were people are griping about delays in getting their furniture. That is all supply chain issues and has nothing to do with any furniture store. All furniture stores among many many other industries are dealing with the same issues. To hold such issues against a small business is ridiculous and shallow. NCFM was up front with how long it would take to get our couches and chairs from the get go. Completely satisfied with our purchases!

We have ordered several pieces from North Carolina Furniture Mart and LOVE them!! The furniture is exceptional quality and the customer service is amazing!! They are extremely helpful and kind. NOT annoying like some other furniture stores in town. I will never shop anywhere else for furniture.-- I also want to echo another review that I read in regards to possible delays with furniture getting in. This is NOT NCFM's fault!! It is due to the supply chain issues that all stores are dealing with. We love NCFM!!

My new favorite place!! People were very kind. You can look in peace. I've been everywhere and couldn't find much. When I walked in I was so surprised to see all the selection. Most beautiful furniture in town and can't forget about the quality. Also if you live in the Tulsa local area, delivery is $50. I mean you can't beat that!!

I ordered a customized butcher block for my kitchen. It turned out great! It fit perfect. Couldn't ask for a better group of salespeople. They are so helpful. They gave me a follow-up call after it was delivered to make sure everything was fine in which it was. I am so pleased. North Carolina Furniture Mart is my new go-to furniture store.

Very professional with no pressure buying. Sales person was very knowledgeable about their products. Business is clean with ample parking. They sell quality furniture. Will go back when we need more.

Love North Carolina Furniture Mart! Was helped by the owner and she was so nice. Super patient and helpful. She showed us so many different options of barstools and listened to both of our opinions as we looked for the perfect ones. Great selection in the showroom and loved the warm and welcoming environment! Will go back in the future!

We've purchased two recliners from North Carolina Furniture Mart this year; one in June and the second in October. Since the most recent one was a custom fabric, we were told it would take up to eight weeks. Our sales person, Brenda, immediately offered us a loaner chair to use while we waited! We've never had a service like that with other stores. To our surprise, we received a call that our chair was ready for delivery in only three weeks! The quality furniture and excellent customer service will keep us returning in the future.

Best service and selection in Tulsa area. Recently got my teenager a larger bed. Awesome selection at better price than anywhere else. I will definitely be back and I recommend 100%

Chris and Kristi were amazing! I went in hoping to find a set of dining chairs, walked out with an amazing dining set at an awesome price. Went to pick it up a few hours later and Chris offered to follow me home and help me unload it, but then his drivers got back and he had them deliver it for me! Best experience I've ever had at furniture store! Will definitely be going back again and can't recommend them enough! Product selection varied but all beautiful and very well... We stopped back in, and they asked us if the set we bought had fit our space, and remembered me and my wife. They made us customers for life!

We’ve bought from NCFM for 20 years. You can’t go wrong shopping here. We ordered furniture mid June and didn’t expect it for awhile due to Covid affecting shipping! However this fabulous company is doing all they can to get special orders here in a timely manner. Guess what it all arrived in less than a month some items took less than 2 weeks. I’m so excited and very pleased with what we ordered.

Best furniture store in the Tulsa area! They carry great quality furniture with a very broad selection as well. Sales representatives don’t stalk you, but are quick to answer any questions you might have. They also shoot you straight and don’t sugar coat anything just to get a sale. I have purchased all my furniture from them over the course of 20 years! They are also family owned and operated. I highly recommend them over any other furniture store in the Tulsa area!

After purchasing furniture there, North Carolina Furniture Mart is the ONLY place I will ever buy furniture! The sales staff is second to none in assisting with any questions before the sale and after! Any problem or concern is handled quickly and professionally. They are always there to help! Their furniture is the highest quality and they offer tons of custom ordered things as well. The sales people are not paid on commission like Mathis Brothers, so you don't have to deal with high pressure salespeople (thank god). This store offers furniture that will last a lifetime. I have received better customer service there than any other furniture store in my life and I have recommend this store to all my friends and family!!!!

Awesome selection of high quality furniture. This is not cheap but definitely worth the money. Love the people but my sectional is awesome. It took about 10 weeks for it to be ready after we customized our order and then they brought it right in.

We found just the sofa design we wanted, had it covered with our custom fabric of choice, and had it delivered and set in place in our living room with no problems whatsoever (other than the delay on the factory’s end, due to the Corona virus shutdown, which was not their fault!) Kristi was so pleasant to work with and helped us every step of the way. We would definitely buy furniture from these folks again.
