Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa Northeast - Owasso, an IHG Hotel

Front desk staff (gentleman during the day) wish I would have gotten his name. He was super nice and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was good!

Can't say enough about the place for one reason...consistency. Not once have I had even a thought of a complaint. Sincerely, they run a solid operation, it's clean, things are where they are supposed to be, they are kind, and they get it done. Can't ask for much more...

We spent the night and we forgot my wife's pillow... They was kind enough to send us a brand new pillow from Macy's... WOW what a pleasant experience...

Unable to check in original do to storm and huge power outages. Found this hotel with one room left. Very nice and clean! Friendly staff, even gave us a rollaway bed for our Grandson no extra charge. It worked out cheaper than the original hotel!!

Nice hotel. Staff was ok but not friendly which I can handle. When we stay at a hotel I'm more interested in how clean everything is and not so much the staff so them being a little frosty didn't bother me. This location was very good. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking in a well lit secure lot. AC ran great all night as well. We didn't get to utilize the breakfast so can't review that but we had no issues here whatsoever. Location was good and it was easy to get to.

Staff seemed genuinely friendly, especially Rebecca and Anthony(I believe was his name, the front desk night guy). Very clean. Incredible pool for a non-resort hotel. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Housekeeping did a great job and were friendly. Zero complaints. Will be our go-to hotel when visiting the Tulsa area.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was spotless, helping us to feel free to make the room our home. Lots of places to eat around the location. We were a little loud at night but the complaint was communicated well and taken to heart. Good experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and spacious and included a small fridge, microwave and keurig machine which was very nice. Highly recommend!

This hotel was a great place to stay. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was great. Bonus is that it’s really close to lots of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again!

They got us taken care of quick and efficient, getting us to our well prepared room. Beds with soft and firm pillows (labeled on the pillowcases, of course!), and a very clean and bright bathroom with some cool stream settings in the shower. The room had plenty of lighting options, allowing you to get just the right amount for chilling with some TV or getting up late at night for a bathroom run. Loved our stay!

HIEs very rarely disappoint. This one is good. Nice and quiet. Although the heat in the lobby is crazy warm at all hours of the day. Love the cinnamon rolls!

Very clean! Well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. I was disappointed there was no flavored coffee creamer. Very quiet! We didn't hear any noise from the hall or the floors above or below.

The rooms here are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Loved the staff, and the RPN (rate per night) wasn't asking too much for the amenities available during your stay. Nice Pool area, and the Contentinal breakfast was delicious, especially when serving biscuits and gravy. I would definitely return as a guest here the future.

Great experience. After we were already hours away we realized we might have left behind some AirPods, called the hotel, and Tracy was so helpful. She checked our room, checked lost and found twice, took my info and said she’d make sure the manager gets in touch with me. Thankfully we found them buried in our luggage but I am so grateful for the concern and effort Tracy gave us.

We were getting a new AC at our Owasso home and it was a 2 day job so we needed a quick overnight stay. New and clean room and the bed sheets are so soft.

We're currently displaced because of storms. We should be able to go home soon. The desk has been so so helpful and kind. Thank you and keep up the great job!

This place is very nice. Big rooms with loungers, a long bench for luggage or setting stuff, refrigerators, microwaves, Keurig machine, built in USB ports for chargers nice clean bathrooms with extra toilet paper. Highly recommend.

Brand new, very clean and comfortable. Our son was very happy with the “blue” hotel!! I feel like it is worth noting that it has outdoor pool only - the listing was misleading. Would stay again.

Great room, great service at the front desk. The elevator smells like a public restroom, which is totally weird...? But at least you don't have to spend much time in it, since there are only three floors.
