Terrie is AMAZING! She helped me pick out lumber and took time with me picking out each piece. Her communication and people skills are so upbeat and positive! Her knowledge about the items i was purchasing have me confidence in her recommendations. This was the best customer service I've ever had!!! ... And Connie checked me out and was friendly and great customer service too. Thank you!

Home Depot vs Lowes? All boils down to preference. I prefer shopping at Home Depot because of the customer service I get. I'm typically greeted as I walk in by someone who is very egar to lend a hand. On one particular occasion I was especially grateful for the assistance of one particular service personnel. We were already in the middle of conversing about a project I was working on when a pushy customer cut in and cut us off in stride. Usually I would tell the customer to wait their turn, but this time I didn't have to. The service representative professionally told them that they were interrupting and ask them to step back and kindly wait their turn as our conversation was coming to an end. That was much appreciated.

I usually shop online due to the lack of customer service , however, I was unsure about what I needed so I visited 12/22 and a gentleman named Erik? (Sp) helped me and I was blown away by the kindness, patience, and the overall time that he spent helping me. He definitely deserves a pat on the back because I will definitely be back. Thank you Erick!

We had a board to be cut that we ordered for pickup and the young man walked us all the way to lumber. When he found out the lumber guy was on break he happily made all the cuts for us. Wonderful customer service! Helped us transform a beat down Ikea dresser into a book shelf.

The kids loved checking out the mowers on the way out.

A young man pulled down a pallet for me from outside and went out of his way to help me. Another gentleman took the time to walk me over and help me find glue, and the cashier was kind and helpful. Great store, impressed with the customer service.

They always have what I need everytime i go Haley was a great help at the register and I managed to spend less than 300 bucks and got all that I needed!

I went in looking for a nail gun this morning. I contacted three employees and all three were the most helpful employees I've seen. Made my home work project so much easier. Thanks for the great service.

The Owasso Home Depot is the most amazing place!!!! The staff is the most friendly hardware staff I've ever come across. That is saying alot, because we are building out a home and have been for a couple years! The staff is so amazing! They are very helpful, the store is always clean, and you can do pretty much any thing to figure out what you need!

They always have grace on my kiddos, and have even helped with them while we crunch through tough project details! They always help me load up my car, no matter how crazy and awkward the material is!

We recently moved to the area and this was out first visit to this Home Depot in Owasso...absolutely outstanding! This store was extremely organized, clean and stocked. We had three friendly staff members come up to us and ask if we needed help finding anything. Very impressed!! Previous experience in other stores, especially near us in Arizona, you couldn't find assistance and if you were lucky enough to find someone...they acted as though they hated their jobs. Home Depot should send every store manager to this location for training. We ended up buying three appliances from Mike, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the appliance products. Every staff member we encountered seemed to take extreme pride in the company, their store and customer service. Thank you Home Depot Owasso for an enjoyable experience!!

Went tonight looking for a light for are stairs they have a good selection and ended up getting a nice round one that I think is going to look fantastic and it was only 109.00.

I probably shop at a Home Depot around Tulsa and OKC at least 3 times a week. Always great service. But I do get tired of that women asking me if I want to do a survey. No, no, and no... lol

We recently made a major purchase at Home Depot in Owasso, Ok and the manufacturer did not include all the items we purchased. We dealt with an employee, Gisselle, at Home Depot regarding the issue. Gisselle went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue with the manufacturer. She contacted them and got the issue resolved and continued to contact us until she knew we were happy with the results. Great customer service!

Deborah Wood in flooring was extremely helpful and helped reassure me my wife and I while we picked out our new floors. We are so excited and feel confident in the way our new home is going to look. Thanks for making a stressful situation easy!

My son has gone into this store twice in the past month. Both times he's been so pleased with the customer service and knowledge staff that we're committed to our whole family using this location now. The fact that the staff knows exactly where to find things makes a HUGE difference! It's clear they actually take the time to properly train their team and it shows! 👍
