As an area manager in the food industry, it was a very pleasant experience with the store manager. Her customer service is wonderful and she’s very easy to talk to definitely my new favorite location

I went to the drive thru today and got an extremely complicated order that I saw online, but the guy was like ‘I’ve seen worse, don’t worry.’ Super friendly, my drink was ready pretty quickly.

If you want to try this amazing drink:

Iced venti cafe latte
Very light ice
2 pumps white mocha sauce
2 pumps brown sugar syrup
Caramel drizzle
Salted caramel cream cold foam
Two shots of espresso

=life changing

I thought I had ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino on the app, but I actually ordered just a regular white chocolate mocha. They were so quick to remake it into a frappe that I didn’t even know I had ordered it wrong! As she handed me my drink, she gave me the sweetest and gentle list reminder to double check my order on the app to make sure I didn’t have to wait next time. So sweet, so gentle!

I don't visit starbucks frequently but am always pleased with my experience when I do. This was no different. Got the venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and almond milk. Yummm!

Made an online order at the wrong Starbucks, came here and they quickly and happily made my order while I called the other one to cancel.

My favorite place, very helpful and professional staff. Well organized on their delivery. Plus every time I try something it’s amazing

Try .. peppermint mocha it’s the season for it. Their bacon and Gruyère egg bites are amazing and the egg white breakfast sandwich 1st time trying it … did not disappoint

My favorite Starbucks. They get my drink order right every time. I will say I always order ahead and pick up because the drive through takes way to long in comparison to other stores. The employees are polite, not overly friendly, and that’s okay with me.

In town for work, and staying at a hotel close, have been coming in every morning. The staff and management are very friendly, they already know my drink order and the atmosphere is great in here. It is honestly so much like my Starbucks at home, love it! Thanks for the great service, friendly smiles and of course great strbx coffee!

I love stopping here before work! The coffee and service is FANTASTIC. Hands down one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I cannot stress how absolutely amazing the customer service is here!

Katie is awesome! I ran in for a friend and they didn’t have what she wanted. Katie was super apologetic and accommodating while I waited for the fresh brew. She is one of the friendliest people I have encountered lately in fast food I will talk highly of the owasso location because of her.

The staff is always really friendly and do their best. This location does frequently have a really long drive thru line. Sometimes you can get in and out, then others expect a wait. The past few visits we have ran into them not filling all the way when ordering a venti, meaning there is about three inches to the rim. I think it is due to new staff, make sure you check your drink before you leave. You might end up paying for a venti, but only get a Grande amount.

It's much nicer now after they renovated it. And not as busy. Staff is friendly.

Really good place, if you have never been to Starbucks, the food is a little over priced. Really good, I like there cake pops and most coffee and shake like drinks. 5 stars for quality food, and drink. Love there stuff.

LOVED their coffee. I actually quit drinking coffee a couple years ago because it no longer agrees with me...
So I get to enjoy the chai and matcha teas. I would recommend Starbucks put the chai tea in a bottle so I can get a chilled one in the gas station!

Pretty nice here and I love the tall guy! He is the best! Lol forgot his name but he is a huge help! Most people who work here forget not everyone knows how or what to order... He was super nice and helpful

Every time I come through the drive through I feel so appreciated as a customer. I’ve had different people at the window to give me my order and each time they are smiling, sweet, and so upbeat!

My wife says her mocha frap was a excellent.

Great consistent starbucks experience. Friendly staff, good espresso drinks, wifi, and seating. There were a couple plush chairs and the rest were regular bar stool/chair type seating. There was an outdoor patio.

They always make my drinks perfect. Just tell them how you like it and they got you. Pup cups rock!
