5 stars because the people who work here are under immense pressure and still are able to show up to work and do their best. Their best isn't good enough to be efficient because they don't have enough staff. They have over 1,000 scripts they haven't been able to fill and are almost a week behind. They need help. Please send your application if you want their service to improve. You don't like how slow they are? Do something about it and help lighten the load. Only 4 techs and 3 pharmacists. It doesn't make sense.

I shopped at CVS Owasso on December 6th around 8:30 pm I was given the absolute best customer service that I have received in quite some time. Jazmyne found me after she noticed me looking at beauty items that needed unlocked. She even helped me decide which to purchase. She was patient, sweet, helpful and turned my stressful 12 hour work day into a very good evening. I wish there were more like her. She is a keeper and deserves a raise to ensure that. Thank you Jazmyne for taking the time and showing me so much kindness. I am am sure you me see me soon.

Juliana was extremely helpful! She was fast at getting my medication done and had the added bonus of being incredibly sweet! I’m very happy with my experience!

Visited a friend for a short period of time and needed to pick up some bandages, staff was very friendly in helping me find what I needed. (The stores layout was a bit different from my town, but overall no complaints) very friendly, they didn’t try to rush me out which made me less anxious.

CVS is soooo much better than Walgreens!! Bathroom is cleaner, they also have feminine products for women. They have a self checkout and the pharmacy customer service is amazing!! Not sure why I used to go to Walgreens

I love Garrett!!!!! I trust him with my life. every time I shop at CVS, Garrett is a perfect example of gods beautiful creation. It warms my heart to see that kind young man and I only come here to have Garrett handle my meds!!! 10 Stars. God bless America and god bless Garrett

Ruth nowlin in the pharmacy was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had super informatively and thoroughly I highly recommend this pharmacy it was 9pm and they were busy but she still took time to help me find my ringworm medication haha! All these bad reviews on here are soo petty these peoplehl here cares and it shows💛

I had a lovely time stopping in and getting my medicine. Garrett helped me and he was extremely friendly, funny, and efficient. I will definitely be back, maybe I can catch Garrett again. I think he deserves a raise!

My experiences at this pharmacy have been good. The pharmacy is busy, as usual anywhere. My Rx is refilled automatically and I get a txt when it’s rdy to pickup. Easy as that.

I use CVS for almost all of my pharmacy needs. I find the prices very comparable to other chain pharmacies and the coupons and bonuses from filling 5 prescriptions and getting $5 back is great! Many times they will let you combine coupons and get great bargains! Great customer service and friendly employees. Can't ask for more!

I have always been a Walgreens person but I decided to try CVS and let’s just say I will definitely be coming back mainly because one of the workers I believe his name was Garrett was very nice and he treated me much better than Walgreens ever has! Would definitely recommend having Garrett help you!

Pretty cool CVS honestly… the red fits it well… the staff are chill specially the Pharmacy. Definitely gonna come back.

Love this pharmacy! The only one I use. I don't even live nearby anymore but I still come out here. James the pharmacy tech is so nice and helpful. Great customer service.
