In & Out Car Wash

I took my 2021 RAV4 two days ago (Wednesday afternoon), and was EXTREMELY happy with EVERYONE who I encountered here. It was my first time having my vehicle washed, however it definitely WON’T be my last.

I plan to take my vehicle here every two weeks for a wash/wax service. The staff and management are the best!

The staff was attentive to all my needs! The car was loaded with pollen…it’s that time of year, and they got it all cleaned off with no issues.

I waited outside and the conversation was just as great as the employees. Everyone shared how awesome Mr. Perry is. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to meet him, and I must say, everything they said is 100% true! Mr. Perry is a rare gem, and he greatly cares about his customers!

The management is also a step above the rest!

I plan to visit every two weeks to have my vehicle washed. This is by far the BEST car wash in Charleston.

I’m so glad I finally brought my car here! I don’t know what took me so long. They are above and better than the rest of the car washes in town! I promise!

I Uber drive and customers have left stains in my car and last night someone vomited in my car. I have taken my care to two sets let’s and not one could clean the interior but in And Out thad my interior looking brand new and fresh smelling. It only to Carlos 2 hours. My first time there and I will be going there for interior detailing with all of my cars. Mr. Perry was great and he provided excellent and seamless customer service. Bravo!!!!

This place is a Charleston institution. It’s been here forever and has many loyal customers. Mr. Perry, the manager rides around and inspects every car and he’s as nice as he can be. If you see something that he didn’t be sure to tell him and he will get it redone. You can browse in the unique gift shop, sit and watch Tv inside, or sit outside and enjoy fresh air. Enjoy that old timey Charleston charm that’s rare these days.

Everyone was very friendly, great customer service. They did an outstanding job on our vehicle.

BEST CAR WASH IN CHS!!! I’ve been everywhere and this place does the BEST job. They care, are extremely kind, funny and really care about your car! All the employees are extremely hardworking and have amazing attitudes even when it’s cold! I couldn’t recommend a place more!

I have been going to In & Out for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. One of the only full service car washes in town and they do an incredible job!

They do a good job and the vacuums are free along with towels to dry your car.

The best car wash in town. The employees do a great job. Value for the money and super convenient.

These guys are always good and friendly. The general manager is normally cruising around pointing out spots employees miss so it ends up better than it would’ve been. Unless you’re paying to get it detailed, don’t expect a detailed cleaning. They run your car through the wash, dry it and get the inside and wheels and tires wiped down. The best wash is the one right below the top one. Unless you need a wax you’re just spending extra.

Hands down, my favorite car wash anywhere! It is the standard by which I measure all other car washes. The service and the price are consistently great!

I worked for Perry when I was in high school in 1981 and 1982. The customer service and managment lessons learned directly from Perry were instrumental to me in my later career as a business owner and CEO. After getting married and moving away, I have returned several times to visit Perry. No surprise to see some of my “old” coworkers still helping customers in loyal service to Perry and the business. I remember the days of 800-900 cars per day managed through the business. Perry has been a Godly pebble in the pond to his community and to the many employees who have been positively influenced personally and professionally by being part of the In-N-Out business. Always a good experience. Happened to have my Father's vehicle and it needed inside cleaning big time and my gentleman went up n beyond to clean the inside his Saturn since he has been sick recently.

I took a friend's car here to get it washed, and they did such a great job on the vehicle. My friend said the car hasn't looked that good in years! I'll definitely be bringing my own vehicle back here soon. Quick, thorough, and friendly service.

Mr. Perry & his team are top-notch car detailers. They do a great job!

This place is amazing. It's like a full detail for $23. My car was so dirty and looks like new after. I can't believe anyone would complain about their car not being perfect for $23. Lol. The staff works so hard and it's so hot out it's amazing they don't pass out. I hope they are paid well. My only complaint is that they don't have a tip box where you can put your tips for them to pool. I feel like this is a bad management decision because it's just random who gets tipped when multiple people are working on your car, so I ended up giving $15 in tips to make sure at least 3 people got one.

Perry, and his staff always do the best job. My little red car is so shiny. I love all the attention that car brings after a In and Out car wash. I recommend them highly.
