Love being able to get food and clothes. Shopping here is great, my granddaughter loves to get fresh fruit drinks. Starbucks has the best coffee drink 🍷🍻.

Seems like a place that is never low on stock! If you are heading north from here and plan on buying a gift or personal necessities, do it now. Remember once you cross that river to Washington, items and prepared food has an 8% tax on top of the price!

One stop shopping with plenty of security inside and out. It's a shame it's come to this, but MUCH BETTER than Delta Park!

The mall has plenty to do. Plenty of places I like, like Home Depot, Target, and plenty of food choices around. I think I bought my couch and pub style expandable table from that Ashley store too.

Great place to spend the day shopping or just to look around a lot of great places to eat as well

This concrete desert has everything you need. It's kind of like a one stop shop since everything is really close to each other. My favorite target is also located here. The 6 bus also goes directly here which makes the commute pretty simple.

Great place to buy a rug..i looked for weeks online but Brandon Reed at NW RUGS helped me get the perfect one at a great price!

Home Depot, needed 20' lumber, they don't have it there, had to go to airport way.

Busy place, but helpfully. Found what I wanted and got out in record time.

Great stores in this strip mall. Always busy. Keep your eyes out for people jutting out into traffic. Also, not alot trees for shading your vehicle so DO NOT leave children pets or chocolate in your car on a warm day.

It has everything i ever needed in a parking lot, and more! Quick access to a crowded freeway, hundred pounds of stop signs, white and yellow paint for those that want to practice driving and parking between the lines, people coming up from california walking out the side door of target with carts full of products they didnt want to pay for, a dennys half full of homless people, a home depot with the best prices for building materials in a 3 block radius, sunken ships off the north dock on the columbia to gawk at, what more could you want? Theyve even got a trailer park and a place to replace your stolen car stereo!

Target has become my absolutely favorite store within the last few years since living right across the street. They have amazing stuff and fair prices for the most part. I swear I shop there almost every single day

This mall has a lot of different store's to shop at.
And, I like the way that all the stores are outside rather than inside. Because, for one I know that I'm getting my exercise for that day, and for 2 it doesn't seem to get overly Hot to the point I start to feel like I'm going to pass out. I absolutely love to go shopping at Jantzen Beach.

I'm not much of a shopper so being able to get what I came for all in one place for a good price is a big win - win for me. I was able to do just that when I went shopping for Christmas with my list in hand. Spent $88 total and got gifts for 6 people between the ages of 6 - 28 yrs. old in less than 2 hrs. Niiice.

The home depot staff are the best!
I was afraid no one would help me cut 12 sheets of plywood. Hugo was the best.
He gave me his full attention. Cheerfully.

I bought a TV at Video Only. From the moment I walked in till the time I left it took 15 to 20 minutes. I knew what I was looking for and the salesman showed me 2 TV's and explained the differences. Easiest and quickest purchase I've ever made for a TV. I recommend going early in the day.

Does it freak anyone else the Google knows exactly where you go and keeps a log of it? That's why I'm writing this review. Google kept track of where I shopped then presented me with I list if possible businesses to review. Freaky. Yet cool.

Home Depot was great !!! Erin K. in the Carpet department has outstanding Customer Service!!! Never met anyone else there that is so friendly, and helpful !! If your looking for carpet, I would go to her for help, you wont be disappointed.

This shopping is like nothing in Portland. That is both good and bad. The joy of living and shopping in Portland is all stores have character and are often Mom and Pop. This shopping center is the opposite. It is nicely kept up with fresh paint and landscaping. All the big box stores are there. While I love Portland, I need Target and Home Depot.

Went to Target and bought some bar stools for my new apt. A really good deal of 25 bucks apiece and easy to put together. They look great. Not cheap looking, I think!

This is a vast monument to consumerism but it's largely sustained by Washingtonian's circumventing taxes.
Not that there's anything wrong with that because everyone working are supported by the business conducted here.
It's a large area filled with big box stores, some are discount, some are not.
There's a great Home Depot here that I also recommended. The variety of things you can buy here is huge.
