Mr. Hanley was wonderful! Him and Luke came all the way to our home to help us on a weekend with our plumbing problem. They didn't give up till the problem was fixed. They were very kind and they did a very good job. It ended up being a big job but the price was fair. They were very honest and professional. We will definitely be calling them if we ever run into another problem.

So happy with these guys. They came out promptly and were able to diagnose and fix my sewer line problem. Even went above and beyond to correct several other issues that had been done incorrectly. They were honest with us and avoided a costly repair we had expected originally. Thanks Bruce, James and John. You guys are awesome!

Quick response and reasonable rates.

My tub had a constant drain, and the handles were missing. My sink in the bathroom needed a pipe installed so we could finish fixing it. They came out at 4pm and was going to charge us $575. They left without anything being finished and I can't use my tub. They left at 10pm. My husband came home and seen that the bathtub pipe that they just put in was leaking behind it and into our basement, so it had been leaking all night long. They wanted to charge us another 100$ to cut the wall and because it was taking so long and they had to come back. My husband called and told them he didn't want them to finish the job. We paid 351$ up front and he left us in a bigger mess than when he came and is still demanding the rest of the money. They left there tools everywhere in our bathroom to our yard.

They gave us a new septic, installed i guess properly, but were too lazy to cover it fully and fix our yard from them pulling out the old one. Had an inspector watching them level out our back yard and by the time they were getting to leveling and covering the septic the inspector left. He barely covered it and wanted us to pay him half way through. We asked him to redo our bathroom floor, it took him 3 weeks when it was just a small square bathroom. And he also wanted payment half way through that too. The bathroom floor was installed properly though.

BAD PLUMBER AAA YeLLow pages. DO NOT CALL AAA Bruce in the yellow pages. Job for a leaking water heater.
I called him in the AM told him my leak and how the floor was soaked, The owne showed up at 3:15 came in looked at the leak said we had to wait for his helper to show. I asked cost he said he would know more when his helper showed up. He went out to his car and sat until 7PM when his helper showed up. Helper took 10 min. and fixed the problem. This is the part were i got scammed .He Charged me $350.00. I am on disability and asked him in no polite word's why so much and he said because that was what it cost. NO Paper work, nothing from him to back up except check which he hurriedly cashed. DO NOT CALL HIM

We were charged $650 LABOR ALONE to Install a water pump in a basement. This is not including the $199 charge for the pump itself. Not to mention my son in law, who denied any cash offered, did most of the work, because the employee was not able to lift most of the equipment. Oh yeah, and it took four hours.

Bruce Hanley is a scam artist. He hires unlicensed people to do his work for him while he does nothing. He will take your money for a job he states he can do, but honestly has no idea. He has called me late at night while I’m at work to tell me he finished the job, but he never has. He tries to pull the wool over your eyes. I am currently $575 plus the cost of my sewer pump and now I’m having to hire someone else. He took the money from my wife, whom would trust anyone and not a confrontational person, and stated he would refund us the money if he couldn’t fix it. He refuses to give it back and I’ve currently filed a complaint against his license through the state of Tennessee. The people he has with him aren’t licensed so it’s very risky. He will take advantage of you at your cost. Please don’t hire him if you need something done. You’ll regret it. I ignored reviews on here in hopes of them being wrong, but he screwed us over.

Ran 30 foot of line for our church. Dug it with a pick and shovel. Total of four hours of work and tried to charge $3,500. They are crooks! We obviously refused to pay this amount. Look elsewhere for a plumber!

Had a stopped up drain. It was on a Sunday. Was desperate. They showed up was there 4 hours didn’t act like they knew what they were doing. Charged me $550.00 for four hours work.

He said he did electric work his man took my fixture apart and couldn't get back together.had to hire someone else to put it back together.charged 450.00 totally rip off

Bruce and his so called plumbers made my drains ten times worse than they were for only $900. But they didn't hook anything back up to the septic tank for free. And all of this only took a week.

Keep asking us for stuff to use to fix it and keep saying how he is hooking us up with nice stuff then left with the faucet spinning so we ask for them to come back to fix it since we have two kids that will try to spin it around and get water everywhere an he said he would be there in about 20 mins then 2 hours later he never showed up so I tried to call with no answer an he calls me a hour n half later to say he is there so we schedule it for Monday bc it was 4th of July weekend and I couldn’t wait around all day come Monday I call his (LAND LINE) and he says that he is stuck in traffic he should be there in 20 to 30 minutes only to never show up so my wife calls and ask him to come Wednesday and he finally shows up and says there trying yo figure out how to fix it an asks if I have caulk so he can use that to hold it in place an I tell him no so he went to buy some comes back an caulks every where an says leave it 24 hours an you will be good I hooked you up with the best stuff they had and not to mention he left the bath room a wreck with nails everywhere old sheet rock and dirt leaving us to clean it before our kids could go in there

Very late for the job and charged an ridiculously outrageous amount for labor when I had all the parts to fix everything with. Would not recommend

VERY EXPENSIVE PUT A $ 6.00 COUPLER ON MY BROKEN LINE CHARGED 350.00 LABOR BECAUSE IT WAS SAT AFTER HRS GUY WAS UNDER MY HOUSE TOTAL OF 20 MIN MAX BE CAREFUL WHO YOU CALL VERY PRICEY ALSO INSTALLED WRONG FITTING IT BLEW OFF 3 DAYS LATER HAD TOO REPAIR IT MYSELF

Very expensive and un professional. I would never use them again!!!
