I went into the pharmacy as a walk-in out of town prescriber. The entire team was fast, efficient, and helpful. They had the Rx item I needed in stock, utilized a GoodRx discount card for me without my asking for it, and had good conversation while I ordered the Rx and they processed it. Having been a pharmacist myself for 10 years I truly appreciate the accuracy, efficiency, cost concern and helpfulness! You helped my patient out tremendously as well (and two other pharmacies did not have the Rx in stock). Highly recommended! Thanks!

Both of the employees working last night were incredibly nice, especially Sandy, she was so sweet! Shopping here was a great experience!

Love this Walgreens it's always trys to get your prescription out as fast as they can, even thou the hard times we are facing leaves all business short handed at many times, I never care to wait or come back if this is the situation I understand that they try there best and are just as frustrated, it's never the place of business you happen to be at in my opinion , look around there are never enough people anywhere else either. Besides the amount of cars in drive thru they get it done pretty quickly sometimes, I like lafollette Walgreens better because their nicer and the staff is more helpful VS Clinton Walgreens I'm sorry but they SUCK.!! Clinton Walgreens staff is rude and the wait time is ridiculously long no matter if there is 2 cars in drive thru. I've waited over 4 hours for 1 prescription before, she kept telling me to come back thru in 25 to 30 minutes an it would be ready and that happened continuesly for 4 hours. I was very frustrated that day. If she was that busy or backed up she could have told me instead of saying it will be ready in about 30 minutes just come back through in 30 minutes over an over an over again. I've had bad experiences at Clinton Walgreens. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Lafollette Walgreens! I live in lake city an would rather make the drive to lafollette any day than have to go somewhere else. You guys are awesome.

I have used this location for years and have a great experience each time. The pharmacist always greets me by name and will spend the time necessary to understand any new medication I may be getting. I saw a negative response posted saying they were tired of Pharmacist acting like they are doctors, well they have almost if not more education than some doctors do, and most know as much about the medication they are dispersing as the doctors do. Great that they now take Tri-Care again.

We just moved here from out of state and this 37766 walgreens is the closest to our home. The staff at our store before moving to TN was terrible...always late opening up, very under-staffed, meds consistently out of stock, etc. But I have been SO pleased with this TN location! Theyve always been helpful & courteous whether on location or over the phone. On my last visit, there were about 12 people working the pharmacy, getting the job done...as opposed to the 1 or 2 people at my previous walgreens. I am very pleased with this location!
