I have had issues with severe vertigo through the years. My past experience with an ENT was frustrating. I felt as if they didn’t have time for me and simply didn’t care. Dr Boxwell and staff in my opinion are the best around. Had major sinus surgery was told everything I needed to know and the stuff I didn’t want to know. I’m not the greatest patient and I’m also a type 1 diabetic and had zero issues. Dr Boxwell even told me how miserable I would be after surgery. I would give them 10 stars if I could. As far as surgery goes best experience I have ever had. Love these guys.

This doctors office is amazing. My 2 year old son just had surgery, and Dr. Collins is the person who did the procedure. He is a wonderful doctor. Hes so willing to answer all your questions and concerns and never once did he make me feel like he didnt care. He seems to be very compassionate and very good with children. I would reccommend him to anyone!

I've been a patient for several years, I've had nothing but great experiences with the doctors and nurses, staff,etc. Very informative, comfortable environment always friendly and take all my concerns and questions seriously, I highly recommend them!!!

They treat you with dignity, you don't sit around waiting. It's never more than 10 minutes. The docs are surgeons. The speech therapist is awesome.

I am a patient of Dr.Boxwell and he has went above and beyond to take care of me and my family.their coordinator,April is always willing to work with my schedule to make sure my family receives the care we need.And the two girls who work the front desk are always smiling and pleasant,I would recommend Dr.Boxwell,April,and other staff for all ENT needs.

Dr. Boxwell is by far the best ENT in the upstate. He takes his time with all his patients. He is awesome!
